Pros: clean, great location, friendly staff, safe area, updated rooms, free parking Cons: No USB ports in the room, although non smoking room it absolutely reeked of cigarettes, mediocre breakfast

I stayed here on a Sunday night. Quiet location. Beautiful contemporary style lobby and breakfast area. I value a clean bed and bathroom above all else. This motel met my expectation. I reserved a handicapped room even though I am not handicapped. I have found that these rooms are less used and more likely to be clean. I had room 123 at the end of the long left hall. I will definitely return.

Areas of shopping and dining are close to the property if you don’t mind the traffic to get in and out of the property. The room we had this time seemed like it was falling apart. My aunts room didn’t even have water for the toilet and she was told to deal with it. I dealt with the fact that the room was not cleaned well and the shower was all kinds of messed up/falling apart as I managed to get through the night, however, they charged my account the payment before I showed up. Which was fine, except that they did it again at check out. They said it was just a credit and should go back which I had the positive go back within a couple hours. Now, it’s reading as 2 negative payments again and my account is all jacked up. I was told I would receive a receipt for a credit for the room as well of $20 something and have not received that nor the email for it. Staff seemed friendly, but my aunt had the opposite service with them. They also did not seem to take care of things they said they would. I do not recommend this hotel, and next time I am out, I will be checking out a different hotel. I had a good experience back in October, but this time was just horrible.

Unfriendly area to pedestrians walking. No ride share options. Guests smoking **** in their non-smoking rooms. Old and run down! Regrets!

The place is a dump and a waste of $100

I have no problems with the property it was clean and no problems with the parking at all. I enjoyed my stay staff was pleasant.

Yvette, Front Manager is so wonderful and is always so helpful, kind and considerate. We truly appreciate her and all she does for us guests. Rooms are cozy, clean and hotel is safe and area We had a nice stay. Been several times in last year.

Great experience as always. Stayed here several times.
