Location is a little out the way if you don't have transportation, but besides that, Staff was very accommodating and room was clean and spacious.

Check-in was smooth and easy and the person at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Check out person was extremely disinterested and unfriendly. Night and day in terms of check in and check out experience. Really surprised that there were no charging stations in the room - through the lamps or alarm clock. That was disappointing. Overall fairly clean and location was convenient.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. I woke up late for checkout and called the desk to request an extension for about an hour. They were very polite and accommodating.

I was not impressed with the room. Our room was dirty. There was icing on our airconditioner, handprint on the head board, when we walked in the room, it stink. I complained and showed the manager that our room is dirty. She asked us if we want to move in different room. I said no because we have competitions we need to go and dont have time to move our things. The bathroom was not so clean. The seat is dirty. The bed is making noise when you lay down. The room needs a retouch. The shower ceiling has cracked. The bed and furniture need a replacement. Carpet was dirty The bathroom was clogged. Thanks to the guy who fixed it for us. The pool and breakfast were good.

The couch in the room had a good size stain on the back of the couch. The bed was fairly hard. Would not come back to this particular Hampton Inn.

Property is very dated. Furniture in disrepair and old. Carpet was stained and looked dirty. Breakfast entrees were fair. Checking in four people online. Problems with first person caused delay in checking in. One person at desk, four waiting also guests needing help with pool issues waiting. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Caulking around tub and floor looked stained and dirty. Shower curtain would not keep floor from getting wet, shower rod rusty. Wet floor by ice machine. Kitchen staff smoking right by outside exit smoke wafting into exit hallway. Door on credenza loose not closing properly. Opening fridge door caused whole unit to move around inside cabinet. Staff friendly and helpful, appeared to be very young but helpful.

This place is great! I have business in the area and have stayed 3 or 4 times in the last year. The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and in a convenient area off of 75. I will definitely stay there again!

Check in went well, the woman at the front desk handled the fact that a big crowd all came in at the same time to check in. Super friendly and professional. Room was clean. Hotel staff was great. Good experience. Would definitely stay again.

Very noisy. Room next to us had music blaring until 11:30pm. Tried to call front desk but they did not answer, so went downstairs and they were there, but apparently do not answer the phones. As expected accommodations but below average staff and clientele.

My friend and I got to the hotel around 3:15pm. Check-in is at 3:00 pm. We had to wait until almost 5:00 pm for our room to be ready. We had to sit in the lobby and wait and we're told 10 more minutes several times. They finally said our room was ready and when we got to the room, it was NOT clean! Crumbs on the couch and floor, and grime on the desk. Our normal room rate was $164 and for the inconvenience, they offered to take the rate down to $120, which we accepted. Overall, not happy with the price/cleanliness considering we waited almost 2 hours for a clean room and did not receive.

Some patrons was very loud during quiet times while partying which disturbed my sleep, left me feeling very tired where I couldn’t enjoy my vacation as much as I would have liked

Nice comfortable, quiet, clean hotel. I would definitely recommend Hampton Inn in Southgate
