A decent price and close to Southsea bars and restaurants. However, the check in and out was strange. The reception seemed quite cross about a communication problem but I didn't get why it was a problem. Something to do with the the deposit. Otherwise, adequate cheaper option.

I asked to cancel the reservation after 15 minutes. I was refused even though another hotel was booked. I understand that according to the rules I could not cancel. But I think we should all remain human.
