This booking is a total rip-off from the beginning to end. 1.Make sure you have free cancelation because you will surely use it. 2. Just know that there are extensive hidden fees including paying for paddle boarding, scuba diving, etc whether you use them or not all guest are required to pay at the end amongst other things. 3.Customer Service was horrific from beginning to end starting with long check in wait times without any acknowledgement also don't expect them to initially fill you in on the astronomical fees that they tack on in the end.Also, upon finding out they placed me on a ground level floor facing all the foot traffic opposite of any ocean or scenic views, I was promised a room change the following day which never happened for the duration of my stay. 4. Room service surprisingly came to my room at 8pm inquiring about service which was bizarre. 5.Food is insanely expensive including room servic delivery. I paid almost $50 for a small sized pizza at the low end restaurant.Free Breakfast which was listed upon booking as well as on my receipt was anything but free so be where.They told me upon checkout it is only $80 but there is nowhere stating that information. One hostess at Salt shack told me it would would be a 20minute wait for breakfast or I can try a buffet upstairs but after walking in the hotsun upstairs there was no buffet or restaurant and so the 20 minute wait continued. 6.Overall hiddeen fees were were astronomical.This is a 2star rating at best.i hate that I chose this place for my stay it was a total rip off!

My husband and I came to Buoy Haus Sand Bar for a drink. The drinks were fabulous while you hear the water crash on the ocean. Wendy and Kyami were offering rum tasting with chocolate. I’m not a big rum drinker but it was delicious. They were super knowledgeable and friendly with their advice.

My wife(just married) and I stayed at the Buoy Haus beach resort and absolutely loved it. Huge thanks to the crew at the pool. Wendy, Anai, Mia and Nika all played a role in making the first day of our honeymoon amazing. Yes we got some complimentary goodies but it was their great attitudes and attentiveness to us and everyone there that made it feel like we were royalty. They truly make the atmosphere!!! From the second you walk in to when you leave they are there for you.

Beautiful property and well kept, staff seemed accommodating.

Excellent property, great service, Wendy the pool lead went above and beyond to give us anything we requested, even when i was told there was no coffee available Wendy went in the kitchen and brought us some! Dante and Tevin at Valet made us comfortable and feel at home immediately, our room was clean and well kept all week 5 out of 5 stars I'd definitely stay again! My only complaint was a rude waitress Nathalie at the salt shack restaurant but even her cranky attitude couldn't ruin my day! Stunning vacation spot
