The room is clean and clean, the terrace is oversized, the parking is convenient, the boss and the proprietress are kind and enthusiastic, and the proprietress also made a hearty breakfast for us before leaving. If friends come to play, they will recommend it. Next time they come to Tengchong, they will stay here.

eCupNoodleWe had just spent 3 nights at this B&B and loved our stay there very much. The manager on duty, Mr Wang, picked us up from the airport. Helped us settle in. We then wandered around the ancient town, which was a very nice place to explore as well. He assisted us with booking an onsen session at another resort in the area (20-minute walk). Also helped us with booking rental car, making travel plans, booking ride to Baoshan Railway Station. He and his crew were friendly, genuinely kind, attentive, always offering to assist. Room was super comfortable. Design was simple but very nice. He designed the decor himself. Given the chance, I would love to come back and stay again (longer, hopefully).

li_liwwezeOverall, this stay was absolutely fantastic! It was definitely a highlight of my Tengchong trip and I highly recommend it!
Having visited Tengchong three times, this is the best value hotel I've ever stayed at. From the hotel's decor and facilities to the service, everything is top-notch, and the price is very reasonable! It's especially suitable for family trips. The suite we stayed in was cozy and comfortable; it truly felt like ”coming home,” so pleasant and warm.
1. Facilities: The room had a private soaking tub and underfloor heating. Staying there in autumn and winter, especially when the ginkgo leaves turn golden, was incredibly comfortable. A hot soak instantly warmed me up and relieved all my fatigue.
2. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was impeccable. Being a new hotel, the attention to detail was excellent, absolutely impeccable.
3. Service: Every butler was exceptionally warm and attentive, providing professional and thoughtful service. The owner even personally monitored the service in the group chat, which was fantastic! A special shout-out to our butler, Xiao Tang! During our three-day chartered car trip, he was not only incredibly helpful and attentive, answering all our questions, but also proactively took photos for us and recommended daily attractions. He even scouted out locations beforehand, guiding us to avoid crowds and allowing us to see absolutely stunning and photogenic ginkgo trees. He was incredibly reliable! Furthermore, my brother and I are always forgetful, and he patiently helped us contact and find things for us. We are extremely grateful.
4. Living Environment: The neighborhood is quiet, the environment is green, and the air is fresh. We slept exceptionally well and soundly at night.
We'll definitely come back next time!

BuyaoaoyexianshengWe were traveling with five family members, including elderly relatives and children. The hotel was located halfway up a mountain, and the decor and facilities were very new. However, there were many insects in the corridors at night, and monkeys ran around in the corridors during the day, so families with young children should be a little careful.

🌟 Banyan Tree Tengchong Mayu Valley | Secluded Hot Spring Haven, Ultimate Privacy! Hot Springs + SPA + Aromatherapy for Full Relaxation 💆♀️
✅ Excellent Privacy
The hotel is nestled in the Mayu Valley, with each room being a standalone or semi-detached unit, spaced incredibly far apart! You absolutely won't hear your neighbors. 👏
⚠️ Key point: All guests can enjoy private hot springs in their rooms ♨️! There's also a VIP pass for hotel guests, allowing unlimited access to Angsana Hot Springs during their stay (and the water quality is super clean, it's a natural carbonic hot spring!).
✅ Abundant Activities, Never a Dull Moment
I was initially worried that a secluded hotel might be boring, but it was the complete opposite! The hotel arranges tons of activities daily:
▪️ Morning Yoga & Meditation 🧘♀️ (Breathing facing the valley is incredibly healing)
▪️ Outdoor Hiking Tour (Exploring nearby forests & terraced fields)
▪️ Handicraft Workshops (Wicker weaving, scented wax tablets)
Perfect for couples, families, or girlfriends – everything is perfectly organized!
✅ Immersive Banyan Tree Aromatherapy Experience
The classic Banyan Tree aromatherapy system is also here! Each room provides different scented essential oils daily. 🌺
I absolutely loved the 'Lemon Tea' scent; a few drops in the hot spring, and I instantly felt relaxed.
The SPA also has a full line of essential oil products for sale! I recommend the 'Banyan Tree Classic Lemongrass Essential Oil' to continue enjoying the same healing scent at home.
✅ SPA is a Must-Try!
Their SPA truly lives up to its reputation! I chose the 'Hot Stone Massage + Essential Oil Back Massage,' and the masseuse's technique was incredibly professional. After the massage, I felt completely light and refreshed ✨ Remember to book in advance!
📌 Practical Tips:
▪️ Best to travel by rental car; it's about a 40-minute drive from Tengchong Airport.
▪️ I recommend staying at least 2 nights; one night simply isn't enough to experience everything!
▪️ Definitely join the nearby 'Hiking in the Rice Fields' and 'Terraced Fields' activities. The 3km trek is very worthwhile, with a hotel guide leading the way and teaching kids about jungle knowledge. 📸

Guest UserThis hotel is exactly my type! I specifically chose to relax here on the last day of my trip. The open-air hot tub, with its milk and red wine floral bath, instantly washed away all my fatigue! The entire guesthouse is beautiful, feeling like a forest cabin. The breakfast features some Tengchong specialties, tastes great, and the service is excellent—it's made with Yunnan specialties! The manager is also very attentive, thoughtfully bringing us things here and there, making our stay very comfortable! I would definitely stay at a guesthouse like this for three or four days next time I come. My trip is almost over, but I'll definitely book again next time.

I rarely write reviews, but this stay at the Tengchong Jingge Hotel was extremely disappointing. First, for a price of 1395 yuan per night, the room, bathroom, shower, and toilet were incredibly small, and the elevator in the public area couldn't even accommodate two people standing side-by-side. Second, during check-in, we asked a staff member to fill the hot spring pool in our room, but when we soaked in the outdoor public hot spring pool, it was very cold. We thought we could soak in it again later in our room, but when we asked, they said there was only one staff member on the night shift and she was unavailable. We said we would wait until she finished delivering to another room before getting hot water, and after some hesitation, we agreed, but she could only fill it and leave immediately; she couldn't even wait two minutes for the cold water to fill. Third, in a rush to check out in the morning, I accidentally left a room key in my pocket. After leaving, I specifically called to apologize. They replied that I either had to have it delivered or pay 20 yuan in compensation. For such a high-end hotel with such an expensive room rate, is it really worth the extra 20 yuan? Well, thankfully our driver thought it was a small matter and returned it. But this kind of service will definitely not happen again.

For the sunrise of Gaoligong Mountain, it really lived up to expectations! In the morning, I saw the golden morning light on the observation deck and the moment all the fatigue was dissipated.
This time I took the dog on vacation, I was most worried that it was not suitable. I didn't expect it to be a pet paradise! The dog had a great time. We were immersed in the shock of the sunrise and the sea of clouds. The breakfast can be eaten freshly packaged, and the vegetables have a dewy atmosphere. In the evening, I watched an old movie in a private theater, and the meditation mat in the tea room was empty for ten minutes. This is life.

I stayed for three nights. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful, tranquil valley. The staff are incredibly well-trained; every single person was warm and polite. The rooms are individual villas, designed in the Huizhou architectural style, with the gentle sway of bamboo outside (though the exterior materials look a bit dated). The hot spring bath was excellent too; it filled up in just 7 minutes, which was a real time-saver. Breakfast was extensive and the ingredients were fresh, but the 'Tu Guo Zi' (clay pot dish) for dinner was very average. Special shoutout to Cai, the young man at the front desk, who was very service-oriented. He responded promptly to all my requests. Thumbs up!👍

We chose Bolian for a trip with my parents. It's a rare domestic brand that's doing well. My first stay at Bolian Chongqing was truly impressive. The staff at Heshun were very nice, but unfortunately, the management wasn't great. Breakfast was a semi-buffet, and although the venue wasn't crowded, one staff member was clearly struggling on the first day. The breakfast selection was limited, and the value wasn't great. However, being able to soak in the hot springs anytime was a plus. Also, the water in the room was expired—over six months. My family accidentally drank it for two days, but luckily, nothing happened. The staff promptly apologized and provided Mid-Autumn Festival gift boxes as souvenirs. It's a difficult journey for everyone. But I can't give it a perfect score. I hope the hotel manages well; building a brand isn't easy.
