This hotel is very close to Chen Cheng's Residence. It's a century-old mansion that retains its original blue brick and wooden beams, stair corridors, and staggered terraces, all while embracing a Wabi-sabi and New Chinese low-saturation aesthetic. The misty grey paired with old wood tones creates a very relaxing atmosphere, perfect for those who love photography. The location is excellent, peaceful yet central, and even better, there's a mini-park right below! The soundproofing in the rooms is also great! **Facilities:** Very well-equipped, with excellent attention to detail! The bedding is high-quality and very comfortable, and the toiletries are nice. **Hygiene:** Extremely clean, practically spotless – something many hotels struggle to achieve! **Service:** The front desk guy and the concierge lady provided excellent service. They were enthusiastic but not overbearing, maintaining a professional distance! (For this alone, I'd definitely stay here again next time.) **Unexpected Delights:** Considering I was traveling with a high schooler, they upgraded my room for free and even provided afternoon tea and breakfast for my child! (Highly recommend the parent-child suites for those with kids.) I especially want to commend the hotel's afternoon tea – both the drinks and cakes were excellent and delicious. The welcome fruit was very fresh! Breakfast was substantial, generous in portions, and offered a wide variety! Overall, it was a fantastic experience. If it weren't for my child needing to go back to school, I would have stayed a few more days! (I'll be back next time!)👍👍👍👍👍

This private hot spring is quite close to the city center. I booked the 'Zuiyue' room type, which includes three suites, a mahjong room, a public restroom, one large hot spring pool, and one small hot spring pool. The water is drained and refilled for each new guest. It also comes with complimentary tickets to the RONGHUI public hot spring area, making it perfect for families with young children on weekends, especially those who love playing in the water. It's a great spot for family fun. The environment is lovely, and the staff are incredibly enthusiastic. A special thanks for the Christmas decorations!

Our stay at Yueyin Chongqing Courtyard was truly exceptional. From the moment we stepped out of our Didi, we were greeted with warm hospitality that immediately made us feel welcome. The receptionists, Xiaolei and Xiaoqing, were incredibly friendly and efficient. Check-in was completed quickly, and they personally escorted us to our room while introducing the hotel's facilities and amenities. They also thoughtfully shared local sightseeing and food recommendations around Ciqikou, which was greatly appreciated. The service was outstanding. The staff took the time to explain the various complimentary perks included with our stay, such as free beer for two, complimentary evening soup, an afternoon tea set, and even informed us about the live singing performance held at night. The hotel itself is beautifully designed in a traditional Chinese courtyard style, offering a peaceful and elegant atmosphere away from the bustle of the ancient town. The surroundings are serene and relaxing, making it an ideal retreat. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the large hot spring tub, along with the complimentary bath bomb and rose petals that added a luxurious touch to our stay. During our free time, strolling around the courtyard and taking photos was a delight, as every corner was picture-perfect. The hotel's location is also very convenient for exploring Ciqikou Ancient Town. Whether it is the environment, service, facilities, or location, everything is impeccable. This is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Ciqikou, and we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip. Highly recommended!

As a frequent guest at your hotel, every time I step into the lobby, what I look forward to most is seeing the familiar and warm smile of Kathy at the front desk. She's practically an old friend now – I don't even need to say much; she always remembers my preference for a quiet, high-floor room and has my key card ready in advance. The check-in process is always efficient and smooth, and she'll greet me like an old friend, asking things like, ”How many days are you staying in Chongqing this time?” or ”Did you try that restaurant I recommended last time?” That perfect level of familiarity makes me feel at ease. Kathy's thoughtfulness is also hidden in the details: she notices my flight schedule and proactively offers a late check-out. If she sees I have sports gear, she thoughtfully lets me know when the gym is least crowded. This feeling of 'being remembered' adds a touch of warmth to what could otherwise be a cold business trip. She never slacks off just because I'm a regular; instead, she shows even more meticulous care, turning every encounter into a warm 'reunion.' Thank you, Kathy – this is precisely why I always choose to stay here. It's because of people like her that you want to keep coming back.

Regent Chongqing not only boasts a superb location, but it truly sets the bar for hotel service. They've thought of absolutely everything. From pillow preferences, in-room telescopes, and flower petal bubble baths to thoughtful arrival route planning and various considerate little gifts, what really impressed me was the complimentary minibar, including alcoholic beverages and snacks – incredibly generous! All three of the hotel's restaurants and its bar are must-visits in Chongqing. The bar, in particular, has a fantastic vibe. As a hotel guest, we not only had the minimum spend waived for our sofa table but also received two complimentary cocktails. The bar staff were incredibly observant and always attentive to our needs. ☝🏼The only minor drawback is that the hotel uses a fully enclosed fresh air system for the beds. While the temperature control was excellent, it did get a little humid during consecutive rainy days. When we left, we took all the gifts and the minibar drinks with us, haha! So happy to have eaten, drunk, and received so much. I love Regent and will definitely be back!

Visited with family, had been wanting to come here for a long time. Before arrival, the hotel's guest butler, Yannie, proactively added me on WeChat and introduced the hotel. Upon alighting, our luggage was directly sent to the room. We booked a suite this time, facing Nanbin Road, with Chaotianmen where the two rivers meet to the right. The high-altitude river view was superb. The kids absolutely loved it. The room was very clean; I used a white cloth to wipe the railing in front of the panoramic window, and it was spotless [strong emoji]. Booking a suite included afternoon tea at Bar 62, which offered an unbeatable view of the two rivers converging – what we ate didn't even matter anymore. I left my room key there and when we returned after dinner, it was handed back to us exactly as I left it [strong emoji]. They also provided welcome fruit, a handwritten welcome card, red wine, and dessert. As for the summer special drink and ice cream scoop, we didn't get a chance to try them [facepalm emoji]. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it felt more refined, and there was also an à la carte menu. Upon departure, we received a farewell gift of two packets of Qiaotou hotpot seasoning.

Service overall was very pleasant and worth every penny we paid! All the staff were very polite and greeted us whenever they saw us. A special shoutout to Ashe, who was incredibly helpful, attentive and shared some interesting history about the resort and the hotspring with us. We especially enjoyed the food at the resort. 过桥米线 was definitely the star of the meals, and 碳烤冬瓜猪 was also super delicious. I also loved their breakfast, which included several local noodle selections - my favourite was the 豌杂面! A small downside was that some areas outside the main resort area felt a little run-down, and there were mosquitoes in the open-air dining area. However, the restaurant thoughtfully provided mosquito repellent and mosquito coils, so it was manageable overall.

The evening river view is absolutely stunning! Once the hotel lights came on, the whole building seemed to glow ✨. My friend said this place is perfect for night photography, and we also enjoyed a meal there. The service was quite attentive, and the room was clean. Facilities are top-notch, though the service could be a little better. Overall, it's definitely worth recommending 👍. I'd love to stay here again next time I visit!

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and communication was a breeze. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients. The hotel amenities are excellent, making it convenient for gym workouts and laundry. The robot room service was a unique and cool touch. Checking out and getting an electronic invoice was super easy, just one click! Overall, it's great value for money and a very comfortable stay.

The hotel reception is on the first floor. Turn right 200 meters on the first floor and you'll reach Hongya Cave. From the 22nd floor, you can get to Jiefangbei, so the location is super convenient, and transportation is great too. The service is quite good, and the hygiene is clean. The room had a slight smell that I personally didn't particularly like, so I hope that can be improved. Everything else was really good, and I would definitely come back again.
