"I saw on Xiaohongshu that Amber was the best hotel in Leshan, so I came here with high hopes, since ”Amber” has a good reputation and is also well-run in Guiyang. The hardware facilities are good, but the software facilities are terrible. I booked a family room with a little yellow duck for over 900 yuan, but when I arrived at 4 pm, they told me that the chef who makes afternoon tea had gone home. When I returned to the hotel at 8 pm, they said that the children's meal was also unavailable. I ask you, if you can't provide these emotional benefits, please don't write about it, okay? It will make people expect and then be extremely disappointed. The afternoon tea was just a bunch of overly sweet and unoriginal cakes. Even my two-year-old daughter, who loves cake, took one bite and said it was not good. The welcome fruit was an apple, a pear, and two mini tangerines.
