"This hotel is absolutely a quality establishment. The room amenities are all high-quality, clearly reflecting their intention to create a premium hotel experience. The staff across all departments are very enthusiastic, which is truly commendable. Plus, the various small gifts felt genuine and not forced. I especially want to mention the breakfast; it's incredibly thoughtful. Not only is there a wide variety, but every dish is prepared with care. I highly recommend it; the tables are clean, and I ate until I was full. I feel like there are still many unique dishes I didn't get to try, so I'll definitely be back next time.
A few minor issues: first, the butler added via WeChat wasn't always responsive in real-time. It might be better to allow guests to add the front desk's WeChat directly so that evening hours aren't an issue. Second, the sound insulation in the room was a bit problematic, and the pillows were indeed too high.
However, the pros far outweigh the cons; the downsides are negligible.
It's highly recommended. Aside from not having a big brand name behind it, it's definitely the top choice for anyone who values quality hotels."

"It's about a 13-minute walk from the stadium. We received a gift bag as a concert ticket. There's underground parking on level -4. They provided fruit. The room had a small refrigerator. The service was good, the only downside was the dust on the countertop, probably from making the bed."

"Before coming here, I booked a hotel that was relatively close to Orleburg. It was not noisy, the location was easy to find, and parking was convenient.
The facilities are complete, the ladies at the front desk are very gentle and beautiful, and the service is excellent (I am a woman, so I have no other intentions)
When parking with children and picking up luggage, you can go directly from the parking area to another door of the hotel, which is not too convenient.
The surrounding area of the hotel is quiet, the breakfast is rich, and there are freshly cooked meals.
The live TV programs are clear, and children can watch animations for a while when they are tired after a long day of play.
This hotel is also very close to some famous restaurants.
There is also a purifier in the house
If I have the opportunity to come to Jinan again, it will be my first choice for accommodation."

The concierge, front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff all worked together seamlessly, and the service was truly exceptional. I was particularly impressed by the proactive service. Mr. Yin Huanchen from the concierge team helped me with my express delivery, and Gao Ruixia from housekeeping proactively said goodbye when I checked out. Yesterday, when we asked to see a suite, the front desk staff, Ms. Gu (I didn't catch her full name), handled the request with great professionalism, making for an excellent impression!

The front desk staff assigned me a room far from the elevator, and it was mostly surrounded by residential areas, making the environment very quiet. This was incredibly friendly for someone with poor sleep, I loved it!

LLamlamlalaThe day before check-in, the hotel butler added me on WeChat and provided instructions on how to reach the hotel. There's a dedicated hotel parking lot, so no need to go to the customer service center first. Just navigate directly to 'Shuangquan Hotel Parking' and head to the hotel lobby to check in.
Service: There was no concierge staff to help with luggage, but the front desk staff were quite good, answering all our questions. Both of our reserved rooms were upgraded. When one room card was lost, the front desk receptionist replaced it for free, and their service attitude was excellent.
Environment: The environment is pretty good, and the location is arguably excellent. It's right near the Tourist Service Center, making it convenient to get everywhere! It's also very close to the shuttle bus terminal at the customer service center, just a few minutes' walk. If you have enough time, you can even walk to various scenic spots instead of taking the shuttle.
We got complimentary breakfast buffets for both rooms on the second floor of the hotel. The setting is nice, and the variety and taste are decent.
I brought my baby, and I had requested a bed rail in advance, but they could only install it on one side, and it wasn't very sturdy. The baby toiletries only included a toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers. The sink was a bit high for a baby; I'd suggest providing a step stool, otherwise, an adult has to hold the baby to wash hands, which is inconvenient.
Overall, the hotel is quite good, and staying within the scenic area is super convenient! I'll definitely stay at Shuangquan again next time!

AAnonymous UserThe room was very clean, and there was a shuttle bus to pick you up and back from the hot springs. Full marks for smart gadgets in the room. Xiaodu can control curtains, TV and lights. Outside the window is the water park that is not open for the season yet, so the park is relatively quiet at the moment. When the sun goes down, I can listen to some music in the room. The imperial concubine sofa is also very big, so it feels very good.

The experience is very good, the hotel has upgraded the room type, and you can see the bustling scenery of Jingshi Road through the floor-to-ceiling windows; The room is exquisitely decorated and full of details, especially the tableware is prepared to facilitate food in the room. The gym and swimming pool on the 27th floor are fully equipped and clean. If you are tired, you can also relax by looking at the high-altitude scenery; The breakfast is very rich, Chinese and Western, the taste is very good, it shows the hotel's intentions.

From the lobby, you walk through two small courtyards to reach the room. The hotel covers a large area. With your room card, you can directly access Baihua Island from the back courtyard, and the hotel's front faces Daming Lake.
