The hotel's location is very convenient, just a 10-minute taxi ride to many attractions. The breakfast selection is quite good and easily meets basic needs. The room size is appropriate for families, and the furnishings are relatively new. The only minor inconvenience is that the lobby is on the 8th floor, which can be a bit awkward for going up and down. Overall, the hotel service is decent, though there was a slight issue with extending our stay for an extra day which was eventually resolved by the lobby manager. Generally, it's a good value for money.

Beautiful large hotel. Only problem - airconditioning not functioning. Metro a short walk. Bus stop outside. Good location. Quiet area. Seafood downstairs, did not eat there. Chinese next door, we did eat at was excellent ( esp the aubergine). Fruit and snacks from vendors outside. Pool is an adequate size for a short dip in the evening to help relax.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Huaqing Pool scenic area. Although the rooms were renovated a while ago, they are incredibly well-maintained and still look brand new. The hot springs are also fantastic, with both outdoor and indoor private baths being superb. The room facilities are good too; this family room exceeded our expectations. We accidentally left a towel when checking out, and Ms. Gao Yi at the front desk specifically called to inform us and arranged for it to be couriered back. Many thanks, highly recommend! 👍

My stay at Grand Hyatt Xi'an was absolutely fantastic, and a special shout-out to Vivian at the front desk! She made the check-in process incredibly efficient and thorough, patiently explaining all the hotel's amenities. Knowing I had an early flight the next morning, she proactively and thoughtfully arranged complimentary airport transfer, saving me the hassle of booking a car myself. After check-in, she even presented me with a special 'energy pack' filled with authentic local snacks from Shaanxi – a truly heartwarming and generous gesture. Her communication throughout was gentle and attentive, demonstrating full professionalism. With such amazing front desk service, I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xi'an, and I highly recommend everyone to stay here and ask for Vivian!

We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton with our children over the weekend, and the entire experience was warm and comforting. The hotel's overall ambiance is elegant, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the amenities are comprehensive, making it very family-friendly. Special commendation goes to Cassie at the Executive Lounge and Xiao Chen from the housekeeping staff. Their service was meticulous and thoughtful, and they were always gentle and attentive. They were prompt in responding to both meal replenishment and detailed requests, making us feel genuinely cared for and adding a lot of warmth to our trip. The food quality at the Executive Lounge was excellent; the beef noodles and wontons were delicious, and the variety was abundant, which made our children very happy. Additionally, the hotel's complimentary 3km shuttle service was a great convenience for getting around. The overall service was top-notch, and comfort was maximized. It was a wonderful vacation stay, and we will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended for families with children!

What stood out most during this stay was the concierge, Lily Cui. Her service was incredibly meticulous, consistently available, and very thoughtful. From the moment I checked in, her demeanor was gentle and patient, and the process was efficient and smooth. She proactively and thoroughly explained the room features, hotel amenities, breakfast times, and local transportation tips. During my stay, her response time was incredibly fast, and any small request was handled promptly and appropriately. Her detailed observations and proactive care, along with her warm and thoughtful service, were truly heartwarming. Her professionalism and amiability were outstanding, making me truly feel the high-end service quality of JW Marriott. It was a very rejuvenating experience. The hotel also thoughtfully provided a complimentary room upgrade, which was a delightful surprise! The upgraded room was spacious and bright, with an elegant layout. The entire room was impeccably clean with no hidden corners. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet and relaxing stay. The toiletries were of premium quality, making for a particularly comfortable living experience. Coinciding with the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel's seasonal mooncake product was also outstanding. The texture was delicate and refined, with a moderate sweetness that wasn't cloying. The ingredients were substantial, and the packaging was exquisite, showcasing true five-star quality. It was perfect for both personal enjoyment and as a gift. The overall environment was elegant and grand, the facilities were comprehensive, and the hygiene was excellent. I booked this hotel online. It's conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to visit malls like Grand City and Longshouyuan, which are just a short taxi ride away. Service: As soon as I arrived on the first floor, the staff warmly helped me with my luggage and guided me to the third floor for check-in. The front desk staff were very friendly and processed my check-in quickly. The whole process was very smooth and pleasant. Environment: From the lobby on the first floor to the hallways and rooms, everything was very clean. Upon entering my room, it felt very bright, tidy, and overall quite new. The stay experience was excellent. Hygiene: I tried the hotel's buffet, and the variety of dishes was extensive. The fruits, wines, and beverages were neatly arranged, and the seafood was also very fresh. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend it to friends for their next visit.

Xi'an Museum and Small Wild Goose Pagoda are just a 10-15 minute walk away, and taxis are easily accessible. Overall, it's a very good choice.

Completely different from the bustling city vibe around the Bell Tower, this Tang-style garden hotel is nestled in Qujiang. With its courtyards, waterside pavilions, and winding corridors, the architecture exudes the charm of the prosperous Tang Dynasty. The hotel is right next to Qujiang Lake, and they offer complimentary sightseeing bus and boat tours of Qujiang, which was a great experience. The environment is quiet and peaceful, a welcome escape from the city noise. After exploring, I felt Qujiang has a unique charm, somewhat like Hangzhou's West Lake, similar to Suzhou's Jinji Lake, and even a bit like Shanghai's New Jiangwan City. It's also a short taxi ride to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Everbright City. The suite was spacious and airy, featuring two scenic balconies with views of Qujiang Lake. The happy hour food at the lounge was quite good, and the hotel also has a heated swimming pool. The overall food quality was impressive.
