The hotel's location is very convenient, just a 10-minute taxi ride to many attractions. The breakfast selection is quite good and easily meets basic needs. The room size is appropriate for families, and the furnishings are relatively new. The only minor inconvenience is that the lobby is on the 8th floor, which can be a bit awkward for going up and down. Overall, the hotel service is decent, though there was a slight issue with extending our stay for an extra day which was eventually resolved by the lobby manager. Generally, it's a good value for money.

Beautiful large hotel. Only problem - airconditioning not functioning. Metro a short walk. Bus stop outside. Good location. Quiet area. Seafood downstairs, did not eat there. Chinese next door, we did eat at was excellent ( esp the aubergine). Fruit and snacks from vendors outside. Pool is an adequate size for a short dip in the evening to help relax.

My stay at the Sofitel Legend Xian was absolutely outstanding. The room was beautifully designed in a vintage French style, with exquisite details. It was aesthetically pleasing, clean, comfortable, and rich in historical charm. Jack at the front desk was very thoughtful and upgraded my room for free. I'd also like to commend Erics, Themis, Andi, and Nora for their excellent service; they were friendly, made the check-in process smooth, and were very responsive to guest needs, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was high-quality with a wide selection of dishes, balancing local specialties with both Chinese and Western options, all of which were delicious. The hotel's overall facilities and services are top-notch, making it highly recommended for anyone visiting Xi'an.

My stay at Grand Hyatt Xi'an was absolutely fantastic, and a special shout-out to Vivian at the front desk! She made the check-in process incredibly efficient and thorough, patiently explaining all the hotel's amenities. Knowing I had an early flight the next morning, she proactively and thoughtfully arranged complimentary airport transfer, saving me the hassle of booking a car myself. After check-in, she even presented me with a special 'energy pack' filled with authentic local snacks from Shaanxi – a truly heartwarming and generous gesture. Her communication throughout was gentle and attentive, demonstrating full professionalism. With such amazing front desk service, I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xi'an, and I highly recommend everyone to stay here and ask for Vivian!

We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton with our children over the weekend, and the entire experience was warm and comforting. The hotel's overall ambiance is elegant, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the amenities are comprehensive, making it very family-friendly. Special commendation goes to Cassie at the Executive Lounge and Xiao Chen from the housekeeping staff. Their service was meticulous and thoughtful, and they were always gentle and attentive. They were prompt in responding to both meal replenishment and detailed requests, making us feel genuinely cared for and adding a lot of warmth to our trip. The food quality at the Executive Lounge was excellent; the beef noodles and wontons were delicious, and the variety was abundant, which made our children very happy. Additionally, the hotel's complimentary 3km shuttle service was a great convenience for getting around. The overall service was top-notch, and comfort was maximized. It was a wonderful vacation stay, and we will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended for families with children!

I booked this hotel online. It's conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to visit malls like Grand City and Longshouyuan, which are just a short taxi ride away. Service: As soon as I arrived on the first floor, the staff warmly helped me with my luggage and guided me to the third floor for check-in. The front desk staff were very friendly and processed my check-in quickly. The whole process was very smooth and pleasant. Environment: From the lobby on the first floor to the hallways and rooms, everything was very clean. Upon entering my room, it felt very bright, tidy, and overall quite new. The stay experience was excellent. Hygiene: I tried the hotel's buffet, and the variety of dishes was extensive. The fruits, wines, and beverages were neatly arranged, and the seafood was also very fresh. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend it to friends for their next visit.

The hotel room was very clean, and the facilities were decent. It was on a high floor, but the downside was the limited number of power outlets (though USB charging ports were available). The breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff were very courteous. The hotel's location is quite convenient, not far from the main attractions. Xi'an Museum and Small Wild Goose Pagoda are just a 10-15 minute walk away, and taxis are easily accessible. Overall, it's a very good choice.

Completely different from the bustling city vibe around the Bell Tower, this Tang-style garden hotel is nestled in Qujiang. With its courtyards, waterside pavilions, and winding corridors, the architecture exudes the charm of the prosperous Tang Dynasty. The hotel is right next to Qujiang Lake, and they offer complimentary sightseeing bus and boat tours of Qujiang, which was a great experience. The environment is quiet and peaceful, a welcome escape from the city noise. After exploring, I felt Qujiang has a unique charm, somewhat like Hangzhou's West Lake, similar to Suzhou's Jinji Lake, and even a bit like Shanghai's New Jiangwan City. It's also a short taxi ride to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Everbright City. The suite was spacious and airy, featuring two scenic balconies with views of Qujiang Lake. The happy hour food at the lounge was quite good, and the hotel also has a heated swimming pool. The overall food quality was impressive.

The environment is clean and the service is great, with staff always ready to answer any questions. The decor is Chinese style, and it's quite quiet outside the window. There are three hotels inside, so it might be a bit tricky to find the exact location. Regarding the all-in-one control panel, once you press to turn everything off, it's quite fiddly to find the buttons to turn things back on. I suggest using physical buttons for the bedside lamps; many hotels now use voice commands for smart systems, which would also be more convenient.

Love love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!
