Guest UserThe location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. This was our first time visiting Xi'an with the kids, and they absolutely loved it! We'll definitely be back to stay here again. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a gift when we checked out.

Guest UserMy stay at W Xian during my trip to Xi'an was fantastic. The hotel is centrally located in Qujiang, making it very convenient to get to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. The design seamlessly blends the culture of the prosperous Tang Dynasty Silk Road with modern trends, creating an amazing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. The staff are warm and welcoming, and Vera from guest relations provided excellent and responsive service. The breakfast spread is rich with a wide variety of options, including local specialties. The facilities like the pool and gym are well-maintained. It's a perfect choice for both leisure travel and short getaways. I'll definitely choose W Xian again on my next visit.

Guest UserMy stay at Grand Hyatt Xi'an was absolutely fantastic, and a special shout-out to Vivian at the front desk! She made the check-in process incredibly efficient and thorough, patiently explaining all the hotel's amenities. Knowing I had an early flight the next morning, she proactively and thoughtfully arranged complimentary airport transfer, saving me the hassle of booking a car myself. After check-in, she even presented me with a special 'energy pack' filled with authentic local snacks from Shaanxi – a truly heartwarming and generous gesture. Her communication throughout was gentle and attentive, demonstrating full professionalism. With such amazing front desk service, I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xi'an, and I highly recommend everyone to stay here and ask for Vivian!

XiaoxixiccThis is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in recent years!
The entire hotel staff is highly professional, and their excellent service is evident at every step of your stay. While waiting for a ride-hailing car in the lobby, staff members would proactively approach me to ask about my destination and offer guidance for travel if I had questions. When I was taking photos in the lobby, staff members would also come over to help me find good angles and assist with the pictures. Whether it was checking in, having breakfast, or being at the hotel's pool or bar... in every scenario during my stay, I felt meticulous and thoughtful service, with many proactive and attentive touches that made for a very comfortable experience.
I especially want to thank Flora Qiu Jianyue from the concierge team. We had three suitcases with us, and the booked car couldn't fit all of them, so we needed to move luggage back and forth. It was the scorching midday sun in Xi'an, and I was waiting in the shade with my three children. I called her over to avoid the sun, but she insisted on staying in the scorching sun to look after our luggage, helped us move it back and forth, and arranged for a different car. This small detail was truly heartwarming.
The hotel's predecessor was the historic People's Grand Hotel, now part of the Sofitel Legend brand. The building itself boasts a rich historical heritage, but it's impeccably maintained. The furniture and public areas are kept in pristine condition, appearing new and polished, and everything is meticulously cared for, striking a perfect balance between old and new.
The breakfast selection is abundant, and the taste is excellent. The toiletries provided in the room are Maison Caulières 'L'Aube des Sens,' with a sophisticated and gentle fragrance that I really enjoyed.
Both the hardware maintenance and the service awareness of all staff members are impeccable. You definitely shouldn't miss this hotel when you come to Xi'an.

Guest UserThe overall environment is quite good, and the service is attentive and responsive to all requests. We received complimentary welcome fruit, and breakfast for our child was waived. The room style is modern Chinese, which I really liked. Although the location is on Keji Road, there's a mall downstairs, so it doesn't feel too out of the way. Taking a taxi to tourist attractions is also very convenient.

MumunianAfter much deliberation for this trip, I chose The Westin Hotel. It's conveniently located next to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City is within walking distance. The overall design features Tang Dynasty-style courtyards, with a grand lobby exuding ancient charm. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, and some even offer views of the pagoda's night scenery. The hotel boasts a full range of facilities, including a swimming pool and a gym. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, with many local Xi'an flavors to sample. During the summer, it was noticeable that the hotel was quite busy, with the restaurant usually full between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM. Since the hotel opened quite a while ago, some facilities show their age slightly, but overall, it's clean and well-maintained.
Upon check-in, the hotel provided complimentary tickets to the Qujiang Art Museum, which is directly accessible via an elevator from the hotel lobby. The main exhibition hall showcases exquisite gold and jade artifacts, with dazzling Ming and Qing dynasty gold jewelry and jade pieces. There are also ceramic exhibition halls and a Picasso exhibition. You can scan QR codes to listen to audio guides, and a thorough visit takes about an hour and a half. Staying here allows you to leisurely visit the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda in the evening and explore the Everbright City at night, saving you the hassle of commuting. The nearby Joy City offers convenient shopping and dining options. During my stay, coffee and milk tea ordered were promptly delivered to my room by robots.

Guest UserHighly recommended high-end hotel with excellent value for money. The decor is very new, and the rooms have high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows, making them overall comfortable and tidy. The breakfast is abundant, and the restaurant is quiet and spacious. The service is enthusiastic, and parking is quite convenient with plenty of underground spaces. Nearby, there are malls, coffee shops, and convenience stores that cater to dining and shopping needs. There's also a fantastic dessert shop right outside the hotel that I highly recommend. I mainly stayed here for a self-driving trip, as it's convenient for daily excursions out of the city, with a 10-minute drive to the highway, saving a lot of travel time. The hotel is great overall, but I forgot to take photos of the room.

Binbinyouli110Ever since I was little, I'd gaze at the People's Grand Hotel from afar, always feeling like it was a mysterious place I longed to explore. Now, that wish has come true! For a few hundred dollars, I got to stay in this upscale hotel. It boasts a garden-style courtyard, bursting with vibrant flowers and alive with the sounds of birds and cicadas. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options. Parking is super convenient, and they even have a thoughtful car wash station. The room itself is cozy yet grand, fully equipped with everything you need, and wonderfully quiet for sleeping. Inside the courtyard, there's an olive tree, originally brought back by Premier Zhou Enlai, now flourishing beautifully. There are so many great things here that words simply can't capture them all.

Guest UserI chose the Hyatt Regency Xi'an by Qujiang Pool this time, originally just looking for a quiet place to stay for two nights. But as soon as I walked in, it felt like I'd stumbled into a Tang Dynasty mansion. The lobby is grand and spacious, with gray pottery bricks and bronze grilles. The three-courtyard layout is so rare in the city. From my room, I could see Qujiang Pool right out the window. In the evening, when mist rose from the lake and the lights came on, just sitting on the balcony in my slippers felt like being in ancient Chang'an. The back entrance allows direct access to the South Lake boardwalk with a room card, so you don't have to deal with crowded transportation when walking to Datang Everbright City at night. The Roujiamo and Youpo Mian at breakfast were even better than those in the Muslim Quarter. I especially want to commend Mio💗; their service was incredibly thoughtful. Every detail, from check-in to check-out, was taken care of, making it feel less like staying in a hotel and more like being hosted by a friend. Next time I'm in Xi'an, if I don't want any hassle, I'm definitely booking this place again.

DamaolvxinghenkaixinQuiet, spacious rooms, and a very convenient location. The staff were super friendly and helpful with luggage. It's really close to shopping malls and a subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The easiest way out is through the East Gate. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and included some authentic Xi'an specialties!
