GGuest UserCompared with other hotels in the same place, this one is great! The only thing that is less pleasant is that when you lying in the balcony there is unpleasant smell of toilet somewhere. Maybe it’s close to the drainage.

AAnonymous UserService: The entire trip was terrible. The front desk was a bit impatient with my room request, grumbling that requests needed to be made in advance. They gave me the first and last rooms in the hallway. The first room was extremely noisy, and the last room required a long walk. This was blatant discrimination!
Environment: The main building was very noisy during peak tourist season, with many young children. The elevator was very slow, and the up button was broken. The room facilities were very outdated, roughly comparable to a domestic budget hotel, and the bathroom was even worse.
Cleanliness: The quilt was just a layer of paper, and the toilet was filthy.
Facilities: The only positive feature was the swimming pool.

GGuest UserFirst the positives, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was really good. The outdoor spaces were beautiful. We didn't keep the air conditioning on because the system was old-fashioned, the machine made a really loud noise and the blowing was quite strong. However, the biggest minus was that the gym's age limit was 18. I would recommend setting it to, for example, 14 because young people are keen exercisers. Likewise, the spa was a disappointment because the children couldn't get there. It was also a surprise that the hardest sunbathing spot was forbidden to children. If you don't want families with children in your hotel, it would be good to let them know.

GGuest UserThe hotel service is very good, the room is very clean; the location is very convenient, just a 6-minute walk from the bus station, and it only takes 8 minutes to the beach; I would like to make a few suggestions about the facilities: the water in the outdoor swimming pool is ice and not heated at all; only the hot tub can be used in this season, but the time is closed a little early; the Wi-Fi function is not very stable, and the front desk staff changed the conference Wi-Fi to succeed; but in general, it is a cost-effective experience, and I will recommend it to my friends!

GGuest UserThe room is relatively large, the facilities are a bit old, the air conditioner cannot adjust the wind speed, and it is a bit noisy. The hotel has a good environment, the garden is large, and the swimming pool is quite satisfactory. Located in a hot spring town, it produces many brands of mineral water. The most famous is that the Vichy Catalony, Hotel belongs to the Water Factory Group.
The hotel has its own chapel and can organize activities.
Breakfast is not very good, there are few choices.

GGuest UserHotel located near the Lloret football stadium, a little away from the agitation and near the streets offering shopping. Around 500m from the large beach. This hotel is very clean. The staff were very friendly and also speaking French. The room was beautiful with its swimming pool that lights the night. The buffet was right. It was a little bad to note that drinks are paying and not included. The breakfast is continental type with coffee, confectionery, eggs, bacon, cheese, cereals, ect... It is all you want. Access to the indoor pool, Spa and sports facilities is paying. That is also bad. The final price is better to be determined with the options included than to have to walk with his bank card for drinks and facilities. I recommend this hotel for seniors but not for young people, for 30 years, for quarantine or for 50 years. To relax, be calm, this hotel will be ideal for you and especially there are no children and that, when you want to rest, it's great!

GGuest UserHello, I booked for one night there and frankly it was the best, there is a swimming pool, a bar, a restaurant, a games room, a dance bar ... and so on. The most negative point is the cleanliness of the rooms, it's a scandal, fortunately it was only for one night, the reception was really great because they changed our rooms so everything was sorted out but the cleanliness will have to be done! The room itself was large and spacious, there is a balcony, not really great. Then it is a fairly noisy hotel, ideal for families or friends, I do not recommend it for couples. In terms of location, you can't do better, there is everything nearby, it is right in the city center. You have everything nearby!
