Very friendly service at checkin and around the lobby. Room service does a very good job but the towels are worn and not very fresh, desperately need replacing. Only 2x towels are given, plus a floor mat. Nothing else. Feels like a 3-4 star hotel with budget level amenities. Pity.

However, the apartment would benefit from some updates, as the mattresses feel quite soft and old. Replacing the mattresses, pillows, and blaket would significantly improve comfort and make the stay even better. Overall, this is a good place for families looking for a spacious and affordable stay, and with a few upgrades to the bedding, it would be perfect.

Room is clean with all amenities including a safe box but is small. Some distance away from major happenings except the malls( Cambridge/Sun plaza), which also need 15-20 min walk. Breakfast is not good. Parking is provided though.

The hotel location is quite strategic, the receptionist is friendly, the hotel cleanliness is lacking, there is dust in the room, the facilities are lacking, the key doesn't work

Trip.com is bad rating 8.5 / 10 for cleaningness. My children entering hotel request to change hotel. Badly cannot change hotel. Trip.com simply promoting a hotel without audit another word blindly recommendation. The picture show tidy and clean and comfort but end up my children told me the bedsheet supposed to be white but in actually is grey.
