"I had a comfortable stay here in terms of service and hospitality. The staff were courteous. As far as the facility is concerned the room walls looked old and missing the appeal to qualify it as a 5 star hotel. I could clearly smell wood whenever I walk in the room and the bath area is quite small and not tidy. The food tasted decent but the options in the buffet are quite limited compared to other 5 star hotels. I would not recommend picking this hotel if you are truly looking for the comforts of a 5 star"

VVijaiam NathanExcellent stay as always. The concierge manager was excellent. He assisted with making my flight bookings and was very helpful and went beyond service to call and remind me of my flight the next day. Yuvi from bell counter always welcomed me with a smile and remembered that I’m a return guest. Room service is also always good n time and food is amazing here.

XXiaoxiannvdedouziThe hotel service was excellent, and the Wi-Fi was really fast. They were very responsive, and the room service prices were quite reasonable. They even arranged a car service to take us to the airport in the early morning and thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us, although I wasn't feeling well enough to eat it. Overall, it was a great stay. I'll definitely book here again for my next business trip.

GGuest UserBreakfast is rich in taste and variety. Facilities are kept clean. The face towel is soft and fluffy, but the bath towel is hard and thin and smells like the kitchen. Is it because I wash it with various things? Considering the room size, staff friendliness, and breakfast, this hotel is more affordable than the price.

GGuest UserIt was a nice experience and quality service provided by hotel staff. We stayed for 2 nights. The food in Hyatt regency was nice. That was the best Indian food we ever tried. Special thanks go to front desk officer Ms Saraswathi, and concierge Mr Daniel, Mr Vijay , Mr Rajini. Also food the spic restaurant are amazing, special thanks to restaurant staff Mr Arindam, Mr Rajesh & Mr Kartik. Overall Hyatt Regency staff make extra miles to make our stay an amazing and memorable holiday. Planning to travel again with kids.

They need lots of improvement in service and the rooms need some renovation as the wardrobes n carpets look old. it will also be better if they use some room freshener or candles with fragrance as the room doesn't have a pleasant smell. Overrall, it's not that great for a premium hotel.

GGuest UserThe staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The hotel is quite old, but overall it’s not bad. The location is strategic, though it can be noisy. I’m a light sleeper, and the loud horn noise outside made it difficult for me to sleep well.
My main concern was cleanliness. The cup in the room was not clean, and the bed linen did not seem to be changed or had many old stains, which was disappointing.
Breakfast options were limited, and the dining space was quite small. However, the food itself was standard and acceptable. The breakfast staff were very proactive—they checked what we wanted and served quickly, which was very good and appreciated.
Overall, the stay was acceptable. Its worth for the price, I think it’s reasonable.

VValentine56My wife and I stayed there for 3-days in mid July, overall stay was good and pleasant and we take this opportunity to thank Mr Ramar (Manager @ Cilantro) who was not only polite and professional, he went the extra mile to help us out in a complex situation that arose on our 1st day.
A well deserved PAT for Mr Ramar in exhibiting his professionalism
But I cant say the same for the Travel Manager Mr Balaji who vehemently refused and not even seeking any other avenues or alternatives to assist us, totally
no empathy shown at all bearing the fact that we being tourists cant access to all your facilities
This we consider a major setback as its reflects horrid customer service

GGuest UserMy stay at the Radisson Blu at Egmore for 3 days was absolutely a gem. From the moment we arrived on 12 June 2025, we had warm welcome from the concierge and attentive service from the reception staff.
The room given was on the first floor, which was impeccably clean, spacious, with a stunning view of the city.The bathroom was freshly cleaned and well stocked with tissue paper and toiletries .
The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.The Manager , Chef, and Waiter presents a professional and polished image that contributes to the overall dining experience. Manager Selvakumar was always seen talking to guests getting feedbacks and reassuring to our needs. Exclusively the restaurant has a big wooden cart with a young boy serving boiling coffee and tea.
Overall the hotel's attention to commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. This hotel is in the city and convenient location to all local amenities I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience.”
