Room was nice but really small for $227.00 for one night. Upon arriving and getting a first floor room found that the outside window to the parking lot was open and could have easily allowed someone to come in. Maintenance fixed it but it was a little disconcerting. Everything else was fine and the morning buffet was very good. There was an additional charge on my credit card for $22.00 that wasn't explained and that was irritating. I would stay there again however as the inconveniences mentioned weren't disqualifying.
Customer service at the counter and from housekeeping were very good.

The environment of Wanfeng Hotel is very good, the whole place is clean and tidy, the hotel service is very good, the room space is quite large, the overall feeling is quite good, I will book it next time.

Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Very clean room and surrounding area. Breakfast is great. Fairfield hotels are my preferred choice for my travel. Overall is good place to stay.

The staff was so wonderful and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The make your own waffles station was fantastic. Sharol, the property manager provided great customer service over the phone where she checked me in before we got to the property and provided extra tips for our stay. The pool was fun for the kids but not warm enough unfortunately (just my opinion). Beautiful hotel overall that exceeded my expectations.

Sheryl, the general manager was super helpful and welcoming. Toilet seat and shower-head need tightened.
Both queen mattresses didn’t stay on platforms and were not firm.
Only given 2 towels and washcloths to start for 5 people.
Hospitality was great facilities need some detailed attention.
