Nothing unique. Just average.
Service was poor. For example, I did not get my room cleaned while I was there. They don’t notify customers that you won’t get your room cleaned if you briefly put the “ Do not disturb sign “ on your door while you temporarily leave you room for breakfast and return within a few minutes to prepare for going out for the day. How will the customer know? They need to be clear about rules and regulations. When I inquired about this, one of the front desk agents was so rude and not concerned at all or tried to address the problem! Very bad service. So please ask questions because they don’t inform you.

We stayed here for a sporting event at the Upward Star Center and It was the perfect location. Just across the street from the mall and close to restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning was decent. Good options but when we got there the food was mostly gone. The fruit was old and almost rotten. the staff weren’t very attentive and the lady at the front desk was looking at her phone and didn’t seem to want be bothered. Overall, it was a good hotel and met our needs. My only complaint would be staffs lack of care/concern.

couch in our room was badly stained and no one came to clean, remove trash, take dirty towels or provide clean towels during our three night stay.

Paul, who checked us in, perhaps had a long day. He was not friendly and didn’t smile or speak anything to us other than what was necessary.
The furniture in the lobby was thread bare and dirty.
Our room was fine.
