The room is relatively small and the location is a bit remote. Walking out to the nearest store takes 15-20 minutes. Although it is close to the river, the areas adjacent to the hotel and the river are other people's private property. Walk to the other side in 25 minutes to enjoy the river view

Nice hotel for the price- could do was a repaint in the bathrooms. Overall good service however abit of confusion with the room.

Fantastic such lovely staff. The hotel was clean and tidy. There was a big event on but they made sure everyone was looked after. The bar staff and Reception staff were happy to help in any way and the kitchen/waiting staff too. The leisure facilities were lush.

Thank you to the team at the Holiday Inn Shepperton - Heather, Rishu & Honey. Who helped us organise, prepare and deliver a fantastic Prom event for our 16 year olds. It was a great night & enjoyed by all. Organisation, food, drinks, it all ran smoothly thanks to the support given by the Holiday Inn team !

We were given an upgrade and had a lovely room which was wonderful. We were very grateful to have a lovely big bed and bathroom. Air con was such a bonus in the hot weather we had too. Only one Kit Kat and one tea bag in the room though despite there being two of us! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I’ve had to take a star off for the breakfast. Got down to the restaurant an hour before closing, yet no croissants, pancakes or crumpets were available. Only bread available was white which I can’t stand. Fruit selection rather bland too, really put off by all the open cereal in bowls with people coughing over it. Didn’t have that of course - ugh! No tomatoes or mushrooms on the hot breakfast bar and the juices were all watered down, the red berries juice was clearly squash and tasted vile. If we stay here again, we won’t have the breakfast.

Camping on concrete would be more comfortable. I'm writing this at 3am on a bed that is like a slab of concrete. I did drift off earlier to be woken up by staff pushing metal baskets outside making a racket, the window, despite being closed, may as well have been open. The air conditioning unit, despite being turned off because it was too cold, is making a constant ticking noise like a dripping tap. I've very little positive to say at the moment

Stayed here with my Mrs as we were going to a gig at Hampton Court. Great location for that and was only £15 in a cab. Hotel itself was good nice size room and comfy. Really nice bar area to have a drink before and after the gig. Breakfast the next day wasn't the best. Lots to offer of the buffet and was luke warm at best. Overall would stay here again but would skip breakfast.
