Das Hotel und die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich. Komfort wird ganz groß geschrieben. Der Service beginnt schon beim Durchschreiten der Tür. In der Lounge kann man sich für angemessenes Geld warme und kalte Getränke nehmen, sowie kleine Leckereien. Beim Frühstück könnten sich 4-5 Sterne Hotels eine Scheibe abschneiden.

The staff were friendly but there is no reception desk , no check in with a person and no lift
Also the hotel is not in a good location. It is on the outskirts of Speyer and you need a car to get into the town centre.

returning customer for more than 10 years started with business , now holidays ... this hotel makes you feel more than just a customer everything can be discussed and when I had my birthday here ut was amazing , with these little tokens of attention from the hotels

Tolles familiäres modernes Hotel
Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und haben noch Tipps zum Essen gehen bekommen.
Nach dem Essen gehen haben wir den Lounge/Snack-Raum genutzt - das sollten alle Hotels anstatt Minibars so machen!
Dann sind wir auf das kleine, sehr feine Zimmer gegangen und haben gut geschlafen.
Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war ein weiteres Highlight.. alles Frisch und selbst gemacht, tolle Auswahl (z.b. auch eine Katerfrühstück-Ecke mit Nudelsuppe), weit über 3*S Niveau.
Die Menschen waren durch die Bank freundlich und man hat sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt (nicht so wie anonyme Massenkundschaft), wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder her :)

Ich war Geschäftlich im Hotel Wartturm,aber leider nur für eine Nacht.Das Liebevoll geführte Hotel mit sehr schön eingerichteten Zimmern und ein perfektes Frühstücksbuffet. Ein Lob an das sehr nette und Freundliche Personal und Gastgebern. Werde immer gerne dieses Hotel buchen wenn ich in Speyer bin.

Excellent hotel. I can't imagine such a neat and clean room with extra ordinary facility in such cheap rates. I can say Speyer's best cheapest hotel. Thanks to Owner and hotel staff. Well done Keep it Up.!!!!
