Selv om et Bed & Breakfast definerer sig som et 4-stjernet hotel, er det stadig kun et Bed & Breakfast. Og sådan er set med Corona. Receptionen er ikke døgnåben om man skal en stor omvej og gennem en baggård hvis man skal ind efter kl 23:00.
Der er ikke et køleskab i receptionen så man lige kan købe en øl eller sodavand. Man kan ikke få glas eller isterninger til drikkevarer, og min kone og jeg laver meget, hvor vi ikke er sammen når vi er på ferie, men hotellet ville ikke give os to nøglekort så vi kunne komme og gå hver for sig.

We LOVED our time at Hotel Corona! From the moment we arrived, the staff were all exceptional. It was our 41st anniversary and they were so kind. The room was extraordinary, located in the new annex. Clean, modern, and views to die for. Comfortable oversized king bed, luxurious bathroom, plenty of hot water, mini fridge, large TV, room safe, fantastic A/C. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and plentiful with so many choices. And again, the staff! Such attention and care from each person we encountered. We had to leave early our last morning and they arranged an on-the-go breakfast for us. I hope we have another chance to stay at Hotel Corona, a true gem in Spiazzi.

Hotel in ripartenza dopo una ristrutturazione e rivalutazione della zona. Adatto a chi cerca poco caos e una zona naturalistica poco frequentata ma non rinuncia al confort. L’Albergo si trova a Spiazzi che sopravvive esclusivamente per turismo religioso a causa dell’adiacente Santuario (indipendentemente dalla religione giusta o meno merita una visita per la posizione in cui si trova) ma è fornito di 4 o 5 posti per la ristorazione con prevalenza di prodotti tipici, un ottimo alimentari (con souvenir) per eventuali gite (al sacco), una pizzeria (dicono valida) e due locali per aperitivo. Farmacia presente, bancomat e parco giochi nel paese vicino (Ferrara). L’area ormai non inneva piu quindi è frequentabile tutto l’anno fino a Novezza (li nevica e chiudono la strada). Moltissimi trekking in primavera, estate e autunno (fantastica zona foliage). In inverno la zona sopra novezza e le partenze da Spiazzi (zona Malga Crocetta) diventa metà alpinistica (non trekking quindi) e sci alpinistica (non ci sono impianti)!

Posto delizioso a due passi dal Santuario della Madonna della Corona. Personale splendido, umano e professionale. Camere grandi e accoglienti, dotate di tutti i comfort.

L'hotel è molto carino e il paese in cui è locato è una vera bomboniera. Comoda la piscina, ideale per un momento di relax. La nostra camera era davvero grande, peccato però per l'odore che proprio non andava via. Anche la colazione non male, a parte il caffé... solo da macchinetta ma di "espresso" aveva veramente molto poco. Da un quattro stelle, mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. Il personale molto gentile, alla fine l'unico vero neo era l'odore in camera, personalmente insopportabile. ps: dalla camera una vista meravigliosa sul Lago di Garda
