The room is spacious and clean, and you can see the entire Split Harbor. The view is very beautiful! Since I arrived late, the receptionist responded quickly and greeted me, which was very friendly.

Very good location, on the 14th floor of an office building, within a 15-minute walk from the train station, bus station, pier, and the ancient city. The room is very spacious and clean, and the view is very, very good (the level of the observation deck is second to none). But the problem is that the contact information of the hotel on Ctrip is wrong (it is the phone number of another company under Luxury, not this hotel), and the hotel does not have a front desk. It took me a long time to contact the hotel to check in. Picture 3 in the comments is the correct phone number.

A very satisfying stay. The front desk service was attentive, enthusiastic and efficient. The room is quiet and clean, the mattress is very comfortable, the bathroom and bathtub are also very clean, the sea view is beautiful, and the breakfast is rich.

The hotel is large and beautiful, and the location is close to the centre, which can be reached in about 10 minutes' walk. Moreover, the scenery is beautiful and worth it, and the hotel is not expensive.

Thanks very much I enjoyed my stay in Split very much and Seascape luxury rooms were a very pleasent hotel to stay at with great location, with great views and a clean, modern and nice room on 14th floor.

This was a beautiful hotel with great views, and right next to old town, an easy walk. However, the Hotel is on the 14th floor and the sign outside the building doesn’t mention the hotel. It looks like an office building. No way to pull over to unload. We drove by it a couple times not thinking it was the right place. So this could be made a little clearer to people who are going to check in. Put the name of the Seascape luxury rooms on the sign outside the building so people know it is there.

The rooms were very clean. Bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing. Short walk to the city center - location was perfect.

Worst experience I ever had with a Hotel. The Staff is rude and was screaming with me. it didn't matter if I had the do not disturb sign outside or not. Please not stay here

Not so good, no reception no bar in the hotel. A little bit disappointed
