I really enjoyed my stay here. I do wish I would’ve stayed longer. The property is new, clean and very well kept. The staff was excellent. Check in was a breeze. Only issue is the beach construction in the area. Not really an issue just want to come back when it is completed. The beach will be amazing in the coming year.

The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we could possibly need. It looks even better than the pictures! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great too. Lots of storage to unpack clothes. The outdoor pool was lovely and refreshing. Lots of sunbeds available to use. Staff were very friendly and always available to answer any questions.

We are just home from a fantastic week here. The apartment has everything you need, it’s very clean and well presented with the added bonus of a sea view, day beds on the balcony make this view even better. If you do more than just look at it a 2 minute walk will have you swimming in that clear blue sea. The pool area also makes for an excellent place to relax with plenty of sun-beds for all. Towels for these are also supplied. The host has really thought of everything. Airport pick ups and boat trips can also be arranged which helped make our holiday stress free. I can’t say enough of how we throughly enjoyed our stay here. It is an amazing place and well worth a visit.

Fabulous spacious apartment with amazing sea views. We had the 2 bed ground floor corner terrace apartment and loved the outdoor space, especially the day bed and direct access to pool area. Hosts were welcoming and helpful recommending some great restaurants and day trips. Very clean apartment with comfy beds and blackout shutters. Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed. The apartment is approx 3 miles from centre of Split but worth it for sea views and quality of accommodation. There is some construction going on in the immediate surrounding area which makes it less attractive - will be great when it’s complete! Uber provide easy access into city centre for approx 7euro. Highly recommend.

We had another great stay at this “secret” gem just south of Split. Spacious, clean and modern apartment. Very helpful host and owner with great good tips for excursions, restaurants etc. There are two grocery stores in walking distance so it’s easy to pick up all you need. The pool and pool area is great with sun all day (which is not the case for the next door Amphora hotel pool). The beach is just across the street. We heard the whole beach area will go through a big refurbishment and development the next couple of years, so this part of Split will probably be even more attractive in the future. There’s are few places nearby for lunch and dinner (e.g. Hotel Fanat and Amphora), and a lot more to chose from a short drive to the Split old town.

Great for 2 couples. Amazing views!
Great place to stay with another couple as we rented the 2 beds 2 baths apartment.Close to amenities with an amazing ocean view from the apartment we stayed in. Communication with host is excellent. Spent a relaxing 4 days there. Had everything we needed.

We traveled as a couple in July 2022. We had apartment 13 on the ground floor. The covered terrace had wonderful views of the sea and direct access to the swimming pool. Furniture and fittings were very stylish. Zeljana was a very attentive host, providing many recommendations for restaurants in Split city which was a very quick Uber ride from the apartment. There are excellent access facilities for people with reduced mobility at the adjacent beach.

Amazing apartment with everything you could ask for. Comfy beds, great showers, spacious rooms, air con, friendly staff. It's a good 3 and a half mile walk into the centre of Split or around £5 in an Uber (and there are loads available). We'll be back
