By far one of the best hotels ever. Very lovely place with amazing staff.

The room is very clean. The hotel provides free breakfast. There are not many tricks, eggs, bacon, breakfast sausage, sandwich bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, but it is nutritious enough for any esophagus. Free coffee and tea are provided 24 hours a day, printing service is also provided, and the first 5 pages of paper are free. There is a free ice cube machine in the corridor. In addition to accommodation, these additional breakfast and water services are very practical. The indoor flat-screen TV can watch satellite TV. Although there are many programs, there are many advertisements. Why don't you bring your own HDMI cable and connect it to your computer to find videos online. The bathroom is clean and there is plenty of hot water. All in all, quite a comfortable stay. I have lived in Best Western in several cities, and I have a good impression.

Great location next to Riverfront Park and a little grocery store. Small hotel, clean, loved it, and would definitely stay again.

It is obviously an old hotel that has been decently upgraded. The shower insert seem quite old and was creaky. The beds need to be upgraded, I had a spring in my leg. The shower gel was completely out- so cleaning staff didn't even check it. Breakfast was subpar to other Best Westerns we've stayed in. Definitely one of the lesser properties.

The staff members were fantastic; extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and in excellent shape, and very comfortable. It’s a downtown hotel so a little noisy and the surrounding area feels a bit unsafe at night. At the same time the access to a fantastic park and to downtown shops, restaurants and local sports facilities is excellent.

The clerk when I checked in was friendly. She lent me her umbrella when I had to walk a few block to attend an event. I think the clerk’s name was Tanya.

Outstanding staff, very clean and comfortable room with good amenities. Excellent location close to restaurants, convention center, First Interstate Center for the Arts. Easily accessed from airport by public transit. Very good co-op market next door so you can buy meals and drinks to put in your refrigerator and microwave. Spacious and welcoming lobby area.

We enjoyed our stay. It was our first time to Spokane and we did a lot of activities in a few days. The hotel is next to the convention center and downtown so it had the expected downtown unhoused population and traffic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk from the hotel to the Riverfront park and to some places close by which was nice. We paid for the garage parking mostly since free parking wasn’t guaranteed which was an unplanned expense. Overall the hotel stay was a little too expensive for where it was. We usually like to stay downtown on a first visit to a place to get a feel for a city. But next time will stay somewhere farther out from the city center.

Very clean, comfortable room and excellent breakfast. The stafff members were helpful, kind and friendly. I strongly recommend this Best Western. They made our stay feel like a home away from home.

This is my favorite place to stay in Spokane. It’s a great location for walking, the rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast can’t be beat—eggs, sausage and bacon, waffles, cereal, the whole shebang. Everyone is so nice there, and they have Keurig coffee machines in the rooms, which make better coffee than those old mini brewers hotels often have. All around great place to stay.
