The service and hospitality staff were amazing. I left my Kindle at the hotel, after discovering that, I called the hospitality desk and they talked to housekeeping who found my Kindle and promptly mailed it back to me. Their honesty was much appreciated and the promptness in which they mailed the Kindle back to me was amazing. Thank you.

I absolutely love this hotel and the quality of staff, quality of service, amenities and cleanliness! The day manager Cynthia Maxwell and her #1 Kanisha Evje were outstanding! They were so accommodating being that I had to check out early from a horrendous Ramada Inn! I have stayed for a few days to visit my family and will check out tomorrow but will be checking back in on September 10 thru the 13th on my way home to Honolulu! Thank you all for a wonderful stay, best sleep I've ever had!!! Sincerely, Faith L

Stains on carpet and in the bathroom. No sound muffling between rooms nor hallway. In desperate need of an upgrade.

The hotel was clean and staff was great but our room the door did not close easily and the carpet was ripped.
