This property is Best of Breed for sure. Front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful at check in. If first impressions are lasting ones, they set the bar hight. A room request was granted, a special request was no problem at all. We hit a night where they had happy hour, nicely done with beer, wine and snacks. Room was clean and comfy, however the lighting was really weird especially the bedside lights which I did not like at all. Quiet night great mattress, good nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent. I was totally impressed with the staff, service and hotel itself. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Bad: - key card worked 75% of the time - Floors were dirty and sticky - Shower had brown film on the walls that fell into the tub when we showered - We were told there were no clean towels and to check back later in the day - Pool reeked of chlorine, burned eyes just while standing in the area Good: - location, close freeway access
