Ho prenotato la stanza direttamente sul sito dell'hotel. Stanza molto pulita, curata, silenziosa. Il personale è estremamente gentile, professionale e premuroso, in particolare il personale della Reception, la Signorina e il Sig. Ignazio. L'hotel è molto curato nei dettagli, gli arredi di pregio. Abbiamo scelto di cenare presso il Ristorante San Lorenzo, ristorante dell'hotel, uscendone poi molto soddisfatti. Anche qui il personale, numeroso, è stato molto attento e solerte. Vorrei evidenziare l'estrema gentilezza di tutto il personale. Soddisfatti anche del servizio di garage offerto dall'hotel. La colazione è molto, molto ricca e molto gentile e disponibile la Signora che ne gestisce il servizio. Roberta Rosati

I was staying here for 3 nights with my Overseas Adventure Travel group of 12. We were very pleased with the attention we had from the greetings by the owners, 2 brothers and their parents. Their restaurant was very accommodating and the food was delicious. The hotel is within walking distance of the sights in Spoleto.

Siamo stati una notte per visitare Spoleto e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. La struttura è situata in pieno centro storico ed ha un parcheggio riservato che gentilmente ci è stato lasciato anche dopo il check out. La stanza veramente confortevole con finiture eleganti ed un bagno che aveva una doccia walk-in gigante. Il personale cordiale e gentile e la colazione completa. Consigliato

Struttura datata non pulitissima( abbiamo trovato anche uno scarafaggio) e non sistemata a dovere, tavoletta del vater rotta e doccia con guarnizione rotta che mandava acqua da tutte le parti tranne che da dove doveva uscire....

Camera non adeguata per un hotel a 4 stelle, così come tutta la struttura poiché sporca e non curata; bagno indecente e colazione di scarsa qualità. Personale poco cortese

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti. Hotel a 4 stelle solo sulla carta, non nei fatti. L'hotel è un cantiere poichè in ristrutturazione. La stanza assegnata era buia per l'impalcatura presente; non era possibile affacciarsi a causa dei calcinacci sui davanzali. Sul bagno stendo un velo pietoso. La sera al rientro in struttura il personale alla reception era assente, per recuperare la chiave della stanza bisognava attendere o fare da sè. Colazione discreta. Personale poco accogliente.
