As another review mentioned that the area does not have hotel chains and we stayed here not knowing much. It turned out to be a great experience. The owner and staff have gone way out of their way to help us with problems that we faced not connected to the hotel. If we were at a hotel chain it would have been very difficult. It turned out feeling like we were staying with a close friend. We're making good use of a handicap room and not sure how we would have managed elsewhere.

This is a gem in an area where standard hotel chains don’t exist. I travel for business and stay in countless hotels. My personal standard is “Acceptable vs Unacceptable.” My client made the arrangements for this hotel and had no idea what to expect. Turns it it was very nice, CLEAN, and comfortable. The (New) owners are transforming it into a boutique type hotel, where each room has a different design. My room was very nice. They also offer AirBNB type stays. There’s a restaurant/bar on property. For me this hotel is 100% “acceptable,” and would stay there again when next in the area

The hotel was clean and well kept. I stayed around four days at this place on a business trip. Staff was pleasant and competent. I love the size of the rooms. Hotel location is awesome and anyone would enjoy staying here.Thumbs up for me.
