Queen Studio Suite-Smoking

After reading reviews that were all over the place we had my son and daughter in law go visit before we committed.  The manager m, Miraza, was AMAZING!  He showed them the rooms, spoke with them etc. We were there 3 days.  It was CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! All the staff were amazing.  Tv had issues or I’d have done 5 stars.  We weren’t there enough to be concerned but they were eager to accommodate!

This was a total nightmare. I booked two rooms for one night. When we arrived the lobby was full of people waiting to check in and no one was at front desk. I called the hotel number and no one answered. We waited for 30 minutes after traveling all day for someone to show up. When we finally checked in and went to our room the door unlocked but chain was on because the room was occupied so we had to go back downstairs and wait in line again. The next morning at checkout I received two receipts each for $28.08 that was charged to my room for accommodation. I explained to the man that my rooms were free and he said that was their portion of it, umm no sir that’s not how it works. He then took my number and promised me the manager would call me. Nope never did and he didn’t know how to refund. I have since called the hotel and the “acting manager” said it was a mistake that I was charged and she refunded only one of the charges. IHG opened several cases and the hotel refused to cooperate even though we have proof of the rooms being fully paid. The general manager carol was asked to respond and she hasn’t either. Save yourself the trouble do not stay here, go to exit 92 or stay down the street at the express
