Everything is great, as usual in the chain of these hotels except breakfast. Coffee machine, tea and water are always available. On the territory of 2 excellent campfires on gas, a hot tub and an outdoor pool. We also had a dead battery on the car, the employee provided us with a booster to start

The hotel was very nice and clean. The pool and hot tub are very accessible and managed well. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the hours of availability were good you didn’t have to wake up too early.

Very happy with our stay. Hotel was newer than expected. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed with multiple full size pillows. Shower/tub offered body wash, shampoo, and conditoner dispensers. Staff was very friendly. Nice complimentary breakfast. Great coffe in lobby. Nice pool with hot tub. The pay laundromat was clean, worked well, and didn't cost alot of money. Free electric charging for vehicles. I was suprised by $8/ day parking fee. It was advertised I just didn't pay attention. Deer roaming through hotel grounds daily. Shuttle stop very close by. We were very pleased and would definite stay here again.

Excellent facility on the Zion Shuttle route. Friendly helpful staff. Great room, pool, hot tub. Laundry facility good w/ supplies available to purchase near the front desk. I had planned to stay in a town a little further for less but being able to walk to the shuttle and not deal with parking or having to get up super early made it worth the extra cost.

This location can't be beat (unless I guess if you stay in the Lodge within the park). You are less than a 5-minute drive from the park entrance. If you don't have a car the free shuttle will take you there. You're also a few minutes drive from what the town has to offer (restaurants, gas, snacks, groceries, drinks, ice cream, coffee, etc). The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Pretty much what you'd expect from a Best Western. There is a swimming pool, which in theory sounds like a good idea to hit in the afternoon after a day of hiking in Zion. In practice, we never even considered it. In early August when we were there the temperatures in the afternoon were 106 degrees and the pool is always full of children. There is also a laundry room where you can do a mid-trip load if you need to. The free parking is very convenient. We'll stay here again the next time we visit Zion.
