This place needs some major attention!!! My husband has stayed there only because he works in springdale mon-fri, and his job pays for the room, when he leaves to come home you would think they would clean the room and bring him some clean towels!!! But he has to go down and ask for towels, take out his own trash, make his own bed after working 50-80 hours a week!!! Ridiculous that they think it's ok to live in trash!!!! Clean the room for the love of god!!!! They make enough money to pay someone to come clean!!!!

Late night checkin is slow. I waited in the lobby for the phone to connect with someone. I was tired and
wanted to go to bed. I waited for 10-12 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Then another 5-7 minutes for someone to come and check me in.

I was expecting just an average hotel room during my two week stay, but was pleasantly surprised. Three things I require of a hotel room, clean, quiet and safe and this hotel delivered. The entire hotel was well kept. My room was immaculate and the cooking facilities were great. Desk clerk Richard was so helpful and no matter what was requested he always came through. If ever in that area again I would not hesitate to book a room.

Someone burned some food they were cooking around midnight. They opened the hallway door trying to air out the smoke and set the fire alarm off. It range till the fire department arrives and cleared the scene. It was too loud to sleep for about 20 minutes. Maybe the hotel should put signs up in each room about what to do if there is smoke in the room.

Seems as if a lot of homeless are staying in or around the hotel, it was in ok condition and you get what you pay for
