The pool had too much chlorine in it, it gave me a chemical burn on my face. The breakfast was not good. It didn’t have any scrambled eggs, no protein.only cold hard boiled eggs.

The front desk staff was rude. The TV programming is all messed up, not the channels on the room guide and no listings available. Had CNN but no FOX news. Cracked sink in the bathroom. The refrigerator was warm...was turned off. Several small things lumped together turns into "annoying".

Our room was poorly maintained. The fitted sheet did not fit or stay on the bed. There were ants on the ac unit, window, and desk. There was also roaches. I got the first one in a tissue initially thinking it was a stink bug. But it was definitely a roach. I went to the front desk to address the issue. She brought some ant killer and sprayed the room. We had reserved the room for 1 week because we were selling our house and needed to be out for showings. After the first night with bugs, we checked out and asked for a refund for the remaining days. ******* agreed to help and stated they would refund if the property agreed to release the funds. The general manager declined. I attempted to speak with him, but the staff informed me he doesn’t come to the property and does not talk to guests, only to his business partners. I have stayed at LaQuinta before but never will again. I will make sure that my family, friends, co-workers, and my veteran community know about my experience and recommend that they also avoid the properties.

Great location. Appeared very clean. Loved the daily check and replenishment of fresh towels and bathroom products. Free breakfast was ok but would have liked scrambled eggs. The railing above the tub was not properly secured to the wall and there was some mold. One of the beds squeaked every time an occupant moved and was uncomfortable. The fitted sheets kept slipping off the beds. But was otherwise satisfied.
