It’s a great hotel. The staff is really helpful and the outdoor pool is really nice in the summers. Really close to downtown dc with 15 mins drive to reach national mall. Overall, it was worth it.

Convenient transportation, easy to get on the highway. Breakfast is a regular American breakfast, omelette, chicken patties, bread, coffee, etc., you can eat a full meal

Spent two nights here for a trip to DC. Great location, room was okay, nothing fancy, but was well kept. Buffet surprisingly good for a hotel buffet. Parking easy. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel was in a good area, plenty to choose from when it comes to getting food and shopping. They’re currently working on remolding the hotel, so there was noise to listen to in the morning around 9am. That would be my only issue if I had to find something wrong.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn Express was a truly pleasant experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel room itself was a true delight. It was impeccably clean, with crisp, fresh linens adorning the comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless, with ample counter space and a powerful shower. The room also featured a spacious work desk, perfect for catching up on emails or getting some work done. The selection at the complimentary breakfast buffet was catering to diverse dietary preferences. From fluffy pancakes and crispy bacon to fresh fruits and yogurt, the spread was truly a culinary delight. The dining area was compact but provided a relaxing ambiance to start the day. Perhaps the most convenient aspect of my stay was the generous checkout time of 12 noon. This allowed me to linger a little longer, savoring the comfortable surroundings and avoiding the stress of an early morning departure. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel itself was nice. Staff was quick and accommodating. Renovations were being done and it seemed like our room was one of the newly renovated. Literally the only issues were that we had to turn off the water to the toilet because it kept running every half hour, there was a beeping every few minutes which reminded me of a smoke detector battery that needed to be changed, and our hot water was 0. Husband and I came to the hotel because our power was out and we needed hot showers the next morning, but there was absolutely no hot water. I called the front desk and he was no help, saying he had not received any other complaints. Luckily, the wonderful breakfast made up for the shower issue. It was really an awesome breakfast layout, I was impressed. Overall, except for the noise and hot water issue, it’s a nice hotel for a quick stay.

There was a sign at the front desk indicating that there was constrction between 10am-5pm. At 7:50am the workers started sawing, nailing and who knows what else right above our room. I called down to the front desk and they said they were sorry and would take care of it. At 9am it was still going. Called again and asked them to come to my room and listen. Paid $150 a night only to be disrespected this way because they alleged that we were the only room this happened to. However, they were unable to stop them. Going down to complain in person now.

The front desk lady and breakfast attendance behavior was very inappropriate with gust. Both called names to the customer while she was having breakfast. Very BAD

Last minute trip with my husband and 3 children. The pull out couch had blood stains on the sheet that was on the mattress. It was New Year’s Eve and there were people in the highway loud at 3 in the morning.
