Nice hotel but no pool or anything for kids. Restaurant on site doesn't have many choices

The hotel is relatively remote, and you need to go out by car to travel. There are few dining places around, and an extra fee is deducted. I don't know why

Hotel is dated. Clean enough but 1980s era alarm clock on the bedside table went off early morning, Carpets old. Great shower tho. No tub. No shuttle to the metro on the weekends so a long concrete jungle walk. Springfield Mall is closed on Sunday so have to walk all the way around to get to metro. Staff v. pleasant. Breakfast NOT included. Omelette bar nice. Pleanty of dining options across the street if you want to play frogger and cross six lanes.

One of the bed side literally next to the wall! Never experienced like this in other hotel.

I found this location while driving from Florida to my home in New Hampshire. I would be happy to stay there again. I arrived fairly late and was able to enjoy a great meal in the bar

The shower in my room didn't drain very well. That was the only issue. The restaurant had a few selections but the food was good.

I have stayed here over a dozen times I never had any issues with the check in staff ever until yesterday around 2:30. The young man who was working had an attitude and a tone I literally just shut down and didn’t say anything because you never know how someone day is going. But I too was tired from working 12hr shift and wanted to lay down I could not even tho I called and I was told a room was available but guess I missed it. Anyways his tone threw me off and but I was happy he was gone when I came back.

Everyone should have a "GiGi". From the time we checked in to the time we checked out she made sure we were pleased with our stay and was willing to make any accommodations. We will definitely stay again. Location was a huge plus as well!

Urine smell carpet. Housekeeping do only minimum not even touching the beds.
