This property is horrible. We waited 10 minutes before anyone showed up at the front desk to check in. We actually had to go find them; there is no water in swimming pool, there is no refrigerator microwave or coffee pot in the room; it is very difficult to find since it is in an industrial area my advice is do NOT stay at the Springfield Inn.

The staff was very friendly and let me stay an hour passed the check out time while my husband played golf.
You need signs on several roads so people know you are there and where.
You should have the Lincoln Park do the same which would help your business.
