This place ******!!! Bed was the most uncomfortable thus far. This place was really ******!!!, air unit didn’t work either. Got no sleep because bed hurt back and ac unit fan wouldn’t stay on to cover up outside noise. Dining experience was ok. The young lady didn’t have a menu and was vague about what we could and how to order.

It was good experience overall but our room was in the 4th floor and there were stomping and loud noises late at night and almost at any time during the day.

It has been a while since I have stayed in an HGI, but stayed a night at this one enroute to Seattle. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We really enjoyed our dinner that we had at the HGI restaurant. The meal was good, but the service from Jose was exceptional. We also enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. There a few things that HGIs had before that are gone, 1) fresh baked cookies and 2) dinner specials. This hotel is a great option while staying in the Eugene, OR area. Very close to I-5, restaurants, and Costco (gas).

This did the job for an overnighter, next to the interstate freeway. This location is very close to downtown Eugene and EV charging across the street.
