Courtyard Springfield Downtown

Stayed one night just to sleep and continue on our journey. First room air conditioner made a lot of noise. They were good about switching rooms. My husband needed to sleep. Just drove 13 hours. No other issues. Very quiet place. Town seems vacant around the hotel.

We like the location and vibe of this hotel. We have stayed here a couple of times. It is nice to have a restaurant and bar in the hotel. We have ordered food and drinks each stay. The selection and quality of the food is good. The only issue we had this visit was not getting the scheduled room cleaning service. We booked the room for 4 nights. I was told that we would have cleaning service every other day which, is totally acceptable to me. However, the third day came and we received no cleaning. When asked if we could get a cleaning, we were told that MAYBE they could squeeze our room into the schedule but, at the very least they would refresh our towels and empty the trash. Well, they did bring fresh towels and wash cloths but did nothing else. We were not requesting an additional cleaning, only the one we were scheduled for. I found that disappointing. Other than that, it was a good stay. I will book here again in the future but I will stress the importance of a scheduled cleaning when I do so. I recommend this hotel.

Wifi was not working and shower whistles. Tv volume was not working and kept having to adjust. Parking is not the best, hotel guests need to be priority over visitors. Breakfast Buffet selection could be better.

I thought the hotel was very nice, the parking was a little tricky to get to, and the breakfast was a little expensive, but good.

Clean rooms and common areas with a friendly, efficient staff. We stayed here one night for a function, while there were two other functions going on. The hotel was full but we didn't notice. It was quiet, the wifi didn't slow down and the staff kept everything running smoothly. There was a nice buffet for breakfast. There was a charge, but the selection was good and the food tasty. Evidently there is an a la carte menu as well, but I didn't look at it.

Staff was friendly but … was told multiple times upon checking in that cleaning services would only be provided if asked for the night before. Our room was filthy with even bed sheets with blood stains. Bathroom floor filthy. Shower had rust around fixtures. Tried to request service the night before - was hard to find anyone at front desk after 2100 or so to request. Elevators were filthy with what appeared to be poor attempts to wipe what could be beautiful stainless interior doors. Bar was good. Restaurant was okay but big $$ for what you’d expect. Landscaping was well attended to.

King suite but small room, limited outlets, morning shower had cold water! Mini fridge had a 2 hour timer (so small it couldn't even hold a to-go box that was half sized). Shower toiletries were nice, room & hotel clean. Recommend getting a breakfast sandwich from hotel restaurant.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great having a brewery within walking distance and hotel was very nice.
