Service was excellent. We booked 10 rooms and then only needed 6. Hotel worked with us to cancel rooms with no issues.

It was a great stay!! I plan to stay here for all of my future visits to Springfield. The hotel staff was courteous. The hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable. There was nice, warm water for my showers and the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were great.

Staff was very polite, rooms were clean, pool was available and was nice. Area is close to major highways and had a lot of food options. Continental breakfast was liked by children.

Room was clean enough. It was actually cheaper than other nearby hotels by $60+, but customer service was lacking greatly. Breakfast was poor. We had to wait an extended amount of time to check-in. We were patient, but the customer service was bad because they made us feel like we were a bother to them. I asked for a discount because of the extended wait time due to their faulty computer/credit card machine. In person they acted like they would give us a discount, but did not actually give us a discount. They even would not give us a AAA discount. I even called later to talk to the manager, and I was told no, it wasn't really their fault so no discount and was again made to feel like I was bother the gentleman on the phone.

Breakfast was disappointing. I didn't expect much but the scrambled eggs were not good. I think they may have been powdered eggs. Did not taste like real eggs. The sausage was OK. Coffee was good. They had run out of plates and had to ask for more. The staff person seemed irritated that she had to drop what she was doing to get the plates. We heard another customer asking for more sausage and she didn't seem to happy about that either. If you want breakfast you may want to visit Bob Evans just down the street. With all that said, I the check in person was efficient and friendly and overall our stay was comfortable.
