Room was clean enough. It was actually cheaper than other nearby hotels by $60+, but customer service was lacking greatly. Breakfast was poor. We had to wait an extended amount of time to check-in. We were patient, but the customer service was bad because they made us feel like we were a bother to them. I asked for a discount because of the extended wait time due to their faulty computer/credit card machine. In person they acted like they would give us a discount, but did not actually give us a discount. They even would not give us a AAA discount. I even called later to talk to the manager, and I was told no, it wasn't really their fault so no discount and was again made to feel like I was bother the gentleman on the phone.
