The Best Western was nice, but quite expensive for the area. Was a bit surprised at the price, but was the best option for visiting family in the area. Very clean, good breakfast, with a clean gym & pool. Staff were also helpful and friendly. Would have liked to have stayed longer, but was price prohibitive. Very convenient to highway.

We arrived at 11:45 PM due to poor weather and road conditions during a snowstorm. The staff was great to us , understanding, helpful , and very kind .
Room was very clean as well as the hotel itself.
Breakfast the next day was just what we needed

Clean, nice room, minifridge with separate freezer; convenient location, close to major roads but not noisy. Clean bathroom (but the sink was clogged). Ok breakfast options. Nice staff. Overall, a nice (but not terribly cheap) and convenient (30min) overnight option for your winter trip to Okemo

Even though I had seen there was a Springfield VA as well as a Springfield VT, I managed to book the wrong state. The young lady that tried to find my booking at 3:50 pm in Springfield VERMONT managed to transfer the booking for me which was so very much appreciated. She did not know that I had been traveling with no sleep for two days and had just laid my brother to rest after his sudden death and was still somewhat upset. I believe her name is Faye although the card with my key has the name Faye on one side and Faye/Heather on the other. I hope the management knows what a caring, professional and cheerful an employee they have at the front desk in Springfield VERMONT!
