The front desk staff, both in and check out were delightful. They were friendly, offered a warm welcome and very professional. They chatted with guests and made the whole experience very pleasant. The hotel was great with up to date rooms and amenities.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn South on our way to Branson, and really enjoyed it! In fact, we ended up staying there on our way back too! The people there were so very friendly, the rooms/hotel were very clean, and they had a very good selection of items for breakfast. It was one of the cleanest, friendliest hotels I have ever stayed at! We would highly recommend it!

Great hospitality. Comfortable and convenient room. They attended to a leak while I was out of the room for the day. Breakfast was worth the stay and the afternoon cookies and coffee. If I have to come back to Springfield, I will be coming back to the Hampton Inn.

As always the Hampton comes through. Especially the fruit water. The shower pressure and temperature control could have been better.

Older…but very nice, and comfortable beds. Wonderful, nice staff.
