Was plenty adequate for unexpected 1 night stop. AC was noisy and bed was pretty stiff but staff were friendly and helpful.
The pool looked inviting but unfortunately was closed due to lightning

Hotel was clean. Beds were not comfortable. Sheets kept popping off the corners because they are not the correct size. Pillows were awful. Air conditioning was not cold enough. Breakfast was sufficient but needed to be served a bit earlier than 7.

We booked based on other reviews. We were not disappointed. For an overnight stay, it was just what we needed. Easy check in, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice hot breakfast. We would stay again.

I stayed based off the 9 rating… no way. Hotel has not been updated maybe ever and the room was falling apart. I felt icky the entire time.
There were so many things wrong with the room from the bottom of the bed on the ground to the hopefully just water damaged ceilings(and not moldy) I can’t even name them all. The AC was not able to cool down the room and humidity had to be 100%.
The front desk ladies were great and they must be why this hotel has a positivity because the establishment itself is substandard.

The room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff were friendly. The shower head in the bathroom was a little iffy. The free breakfast options were okay.

It was clean and quiet. It’s easy to get to and from the hotel when wanting to hit all the Springfield attractions. I normally stay here when in Springfield and it never disappoints.
