Well it was a very nice hotel. Clean and inviting. The front desk staff always said hello when I headed out to smoke. Also asked if we needed anything.
My sister really loves hard boiled eggs and they were out very close the the end of breakfast service and they happily refilled them

This would have been a nearly perfect stay--the room was lovely, the bed was comfortable, the restaurant next door was fabulous--but the pillows were awful. Either feather pillows which we hate, or hard and lumpy which were little better.

The front desk personnel were friendly. Room and bathroom were spotless. Coffee and breakfast were plentiful. We stayed the night as a fun treat for the kids. We all had fun swimming and relaxing in the hot tub. We will definitely consider this hotel for the next time we do this.

This hotel is tired and in an urgent need for an upgrade. Everything is old and dingy. I usually stay in Hampton Inn's and I'm used to much better than this hotel. The staff was great I have nothing but good things to say about the service but everything felt dirty because of the age.

Well run hotel. Good condition and clean. Staff were attentive and looked to please. Ratings would have been better if their charges for pets was more reasonable. Charging $75 as a pet fee is ridiculous. We travel with our pets and are very careful and respectful of the room. We bring covers for furniture and bedding. The room is left in a condition no different than if we were traveling without pets. It certainly seems like grab.

This was our second stay at this hotel. It is close to the outlet and the Mexican Comrades restaurant down the road is amazing. The rooms are not quiet and the beds are so so. The blinds do not close all the way. We used a clip to block out the light. The breakfast was very good with hot options including gluten free and plant based choices. Overall with so many hotels in this area we will be trying a different one in our next stay to the area.

Great place to stay and wonderful breakfast with many choices. Loved the pool; hot tub needs some attention as only 2 jets working and in odd places. I just went back to the pool. Would return if in the area again. Workers were very welcoming and answered all questions we had.
