The hotel is about 20 minutes by car from Marrakech center (Jemaa El Fna square) which is very good when you are with children and have a car. Superb swimming pool.. Free parking..

What a disappointment since the change of ownership. No hot water on the 1st day. But where are the good cooks??? Mediocre catering. Cleaning not done on the 2nd day in the room. Really disappointed, will not come back, despite Sofiane doing her best to satisfy her customers. Excursion very poorly organized, for the transport we had the impression of being cattle, no communication. What a pity

A scam like I've never seen before. Doesn't deserve 2 stars. Disastrous service, unprofessional staff, a manager who manages the place with his cell phone. No telephone in the rooms to contact reception. Concrete deckchairs 😀, a swimming pool filled with a hose at night when guests are sleeping. A disgusting breakfast where you will be treated to leftovers from the day before. Peacocks roaming everywhere (more than a dozen) and keeping you up at night with their cries. A boss with a scruffy outfit and never shaved. At breakfast when you say the tea is cold, they tell you that's all there is. When arriving by car on a track which risks ruining your car. A place very far from the city. We're talking about a shuttle, but it's from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., which means that at a minimum of 35 degrees, you have every chance of getting sunstroke. We were supposed to stay 6 days, after 3 we fled. A stay to forget, our biggest disappointment since we started traveling. Add a few euros and avoid this crappy place... Unless you've never traveled or seen anything else, that's what seems to be the case for those who give it good points in the comments. It doesn't deserve to be featured on travel sites because it's false advertising. To be banned... From your travels 🙄😉

The photos speak for themselves When you arrive, the rooms are not ready at 3 p.m.... The green swimming pool and the edges are dirty. Holes in the floor are very dangerous. On the menu, not much, a tomato, cucumber, onion salad and a chicken tagine cooked in casserole and chicken. not very cooked.
