Very satisfying and recommended. A beautiful, comfortable, cozy hotel like at home, complete facilities, friendly employees, and affordable prices. Just one suggestion if you can add to the shuttle fleet because of the weekend season, there are more and more guests, so the wait for pick-up takes quite a long time, let alone the checkout time. Hopefully the suggestions can build for the better in the future.

Staff were friendly. The safari guide he is a researcher was so friendly and polite. Thumbs up to him and his team. The room was super clean and tidy. Definitely I'm travelling again with my kids from Singapore to stay in this resort again!!! Feeding the giraffe and having breakfast was the best part👍👍👍

Ibis have shown that they deserve credit for their efforts to maintain their standard of cleanliness. The room is clean and the location is strategic enough to be in the centre of Malang City with a nearby mart and coffee shop. I love to come and stay in Ibis again. Thank you Ibis!

I checked in at 1 wib in the morning and was directly served well by the staff who looked fresh and friendly even though it was still in the morning. The room is although more narrow than Amaris in other cities (Ex: Jakarta and Bandung) but it's not a problem. The breakfast available varied Amaris typical and tastes quite good. The location is also on the main road of Malang city, even though it is quite far to the main square. What I like from Amaris Malang City, the water coming out in the shower is very loud so it's like the body's being a muscle flexed and the hotel's view north offers a beautiful mountain view

Clean and Fresh hotel. Even, we never dare to swim becouse of the cold weather, we enjoy in everytime we come this hotel. Just try to rethink to rent apartement room where in the aam building. the apartement are not clean and many fungus under the bed and pantry area.

We arrived on January 1st to stay for 1 night, immediately felt impressed with how modern it is and how friendly the customer service was. Was treated to a hot tea on arrival, and was very welcomed by staff. Was taken to the room by the bell boy named Burhan. He advised on on local foods and best places to visit. He then gave us a note later which had many recommendations, we thought this was exceptional service. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, would love to come again.

I stayed for one night. It’s not far from train station, less than 20 minutes walk. The hotel allowed me to check-in earlier despite no personal request when booking. I booked the cheapest rate without breakfast because I didn’t know what they offer for breakfast during these times. One thing I remember the most is that the towel and linen smelled nice, I think it’s jasmine. Amenities were enough, including slippers. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Luggage rack and door handle were not in a good condition (screws were loose), and the safe box was locked, I couldn’t use it. Hotel played instrumental musics on speakers, but it’s quite disturbing when it’s 10pm and you could hear it from the room. Cleanliness need to be improved. I found the dirts from previous guest under the bed frame, and public restroom on lobby wasn’t clean enough. Receptionists were ok, I didn’t interact with other staffs. I don’t mind staying here again.

Hygiene: Very clean and in line with the standards of a star hotel. There are toiletries, towels, bathrobes, and slippers provided per person in the room, which should be considered rare near Bromo. Environment: The hotel has a unique environment. The architectural style and arrangement are very unique. There are a lot of plants in the public area and they are very well maintained. Service: The staff service is very good. We arrived at the hotel after 11 o'clock, and the front desk was still responsible for checking in and introducing us, and brought us to the room. The hotel can book airport transfers and volcano day tours. We went directly from Surabaya to the hotel, then to Bromo, and then to Surabaya Airport to fly to Bali. Overall, the hotel is very unique and a good hotel. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity. The only drawback is that there are relatively few types of breakfast.
