Very clean with variety of breakfast buffet choices. Staff is also very polite and ready to accommodate guests. Nice and stylish reception area. Good security system at the gate with every vehicle checked before entering the premises.

Very good service. Excellent room with auto upgrade as a Marriott Bonvoy member. It was a happy stay.

The location was kind of convenient but then again, to what? The service was friendly, proficient and professional. I spilled a beverage on the bathroom floor so I used some tissues to wipe it off, lo and behold the tissues turned black. I was gobsmacked. Similar situation occurred in the living area with identical results. So needless to say hygiene is not of primary importance. Also when closed the toilet seat, the rear of the cover was stained with, I would imagine, urine. The Kitchen: The Chef and the maitre de saved the day as the dinner was of a very high standard, Congratulations guys, well done 👏 ✔️

Excellent service and food

We stayed for 5 nights and the stay was comfortable and good. Very courteous staff. Good breakfast spread. Special thanks to Ishwak, Arhar, Nasir Ali, Sajad Nabi all from F&B. Very hospitable and courteous. Nasir Ahmed and Muzamil from house keeping were so helpful and always available. Asif in front office was very helpful and friendly. Overall a very nice and I recommend this hotel and it is value worth the money. Location is good and not crowded.

Had the good fortune of meeting Mr. Tramboo, the owner of the Four Points, on the plane to Srinagar. He suggested we stay at his hotel, and I’m happy we did. He also recommended some places to visit in Srinagar. The hotel has great service, location and food. Rooms were very nice.

Came here for business trip with tata group, went to gulmarg wonderful Kashmir wonderful stay at 4 points Usama,Mubashir was amazing at front dest. Food quality at the hotel was amazing, rooms were very clean very spacious, overall stay was good.

We two couples stayed for four nights in Four Point By Sheraton Srinagar in October 2024 during Puja Holidays. Rooms were clean n well loaded. Though there is no view from rooms and neither any garden in hotel over all ambiance was good. Every day Breakfast was like celebration. Spread were sumptuous n yummy everyday with variations. Thanks to Chef Waseem Khan for taking special care of our requirements and made our stay memorable.

Nice good hotel.Very big rooms without view.Breakfast spread is decent.chef was always present in dining hall.Dinner/ lunch had limited options. Front desk and housekeeping good.Reasonably priced. Shall visit again if opportunity granted

Superb hotel . Small but extremely neat and the service was phenomenal. Check in was super quick and they made sure we all got rooms on the same floor since we were a group of 7 . Welcome drink was a hot Kawa with honey . And since I don’t have honey they insisted on another welcome drink . So I requested for a masala tea which they delivered piping hot to my room just after check in . The room itself was large spacious and very comfortable. A verandah outside facing the main road .. yes a bit of noise with cars honking etc but honestly didn’t bother us . Adequate drinking water 6 bottles for just two of us ! Breakfast was ok . They can improve quality of taste , food and presentation. But the service at breakfast is so good that it compensates for everything. We also booked a car for sightseeing and airport drop . The hotel was very helpful I guiding us where to go in our limited time frame . Thank you Sheraton .. it was a very good and comfortable stay

Mudassor, Ishfayke, Tahir, Eljaz, Firdaus, Bilal, Nitesh Dhar, Furkan, Feroze and (whoever else I’m forgetting and combining with Four Points Sonmarg) were beyond exceptional, including the gatekeepers. Location and food were top-notch :)

Good hotel. Great staff. Extra ordinary service. I stayed with my family. Hotel staff was very responsive. Sharif at the restaurant and Tahir at frontdesk and sarfaraz at the security were extremely helpful during our stay. Only feedback I have is that they should hire some women staff. Given a lot of their customers are women, Hotel should have women in the staff as well. Also they should have a concierge. We had to rely on third party to arrange our trips.

It was a fantastic day spend in beautiful property.we all enjoyed alot at the hotel specially at the kid zone area of hotel.Overall staff was very friendly and helpful.we loved the service.It was a beautiful experience.Must visit property

Excellent hotel for group travel. Full marks for ambience, hospitality, room cleanliness, promptness in service. Food was awesome and lot of varieties. Would recommend this hotel if one is visiting Srinagar. Proximity to all key places of visit with in Srinagar.
