The hotel is right in the center of Srinagar. But it's a long walk to the attractions. The room itself is small, the furniture, like the hotel itself, is tired. The hotel requires renovation. The room was not very clean. There was a lot of hair on the bathroom floor. On the plus side, the hotel is located on a dead-end street, not noisy.

I recently had a lovely stay at hotel Royal Heritage, and wanted to take a moment to thank and appreciate your staff's effort for making our daughter's birthday celebration truly memorable. I would like to give special mention to a few members who went above and beyond to make this special. AAKEEL: His exceptional efforts in organizing the cake cutting and ensuring everything went smoothly was remarkable. He was attentive, proactive and made the celebration very special. Good hotel, location also good. Walking distance to food street, walking distance to clothing store, staff very friendly and smile. Room was good, neat n tidy and clean. No bad smelling. Breakfast n dinner was good. Spacious room. Lobby hotel also big

Comfortable room for 3 person. Really satisfied with it. Bed is really good. Tv and channel works fine. The interior are modern type which provide more space to repacking stuff in baggages. The reception react pretty fast for request stuff such as iron.

All the staff were amazing, especially Nisar, Waseem (F&B manager), and Shahid. The location of the hotel is very nice.The rooms are small, making it difficult to accommodate an extra bed when traveling with friends and family. and asked for an extra bed, but the room was too small to accommodate it. Considering this, the price they charged did not seem worth it given the size of the rooms.

Housekeeping n all the staff of the hotel were awesome and cooperative.Food was excellent. One thing I didnt like is that the rooms were very small and not at all worth the money we paid..one of the staff yasir was very cheerful n polite n behaved very well with us n our kids👍🏼

Everything is wonderful about this hotel. Food quality is superb! I think they have the best chef ! Staff are very polite, helpful and amazing. Mr wasim and imtiyaz f&b manager, mr nasir was the best among restaurant staff ***** with mr mushtaq and mr shahid. Staff at reception are also awesome. Only drawback was the size of rooms which were unexpectedly smaller for which I have deducted one star. Rest everything was great. We had a great and memorable stay at royal heritage🙂. Recommended for everyone going with friends and family. 🤗🤗

This isca good hotel to stay if you are in Srinagar. The reception was fast and place is clean and spotless. The rooms had all the necessary toilet items. Water pressure was good and the bed was comfortable. The food was really good with a full spread. Enjoyed my stay.
