The hotel is fine and the ambience is good however room size is small. The breakfast menu is not that great and average in taste. The in room phone has issue, while calling house keeping and receptionist staff are not able to hear.

Not for summers ... They have a central AC system which is switched on only from 9 PM to 1 AM !!! It was hot in the afternoon when we arrived… but the hotel staff refused to switch on the AC. Their logic was that there are no guests in the rooms during the day !!! It was quite uncomfortable during the day, specially in the sun facing room. Food was just average. Rooms are spacious and good. Not all have a good view… some room windows open into shafts.

Most awesome experience. The best hotel by far.i would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.Wish ull many years off endless success. Stay blessed always hotel with lots off class and elegance. The staff are very professional.also it's a very neat and clean hotel.

Very professional. Room was very good. Breakfast and lunch are North Indian style. Overal pleasant stay. People are friendly and they try to solve customer problem. It has also bed warming system which is comfortable. The place is near to lal chawk.

We had a great experience. The bed warmers were extreme and the room was warm even in minus temperatures. Also the food was delicious. Overall a best hotel in Srinagar. Room premises were neat and pleasant. The staff were quick and responsive.

Our stay was extremely comfortable and top notch. The staff is very courteous. And the hospitality of the Hotel is the best. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking forward for a comfortable and pleasant stay in kashmir.
