The hotel has a very good location, and their service is really nice!
St Andrews is a must-visit destination - from being a Scottish setting for Royal romance to its famous West Sands beach which was immortalized in the Oscar-winning movie Chariots of Fire with its Cathedral aquarium and boutiques. Rusacks Hotel is within a sand wedge of the 18th hole of the world-famous Old Course. Stylishly remodeled on a golfing theme Rusacks Hotel offers luxurious accommodation occupied by some of the great names in Golfing history. Unquestionably Scotlands greatest golfing hotel we even have a dedicated Golf Concierge so you wont miss a thing.

A very low-key hotel, not easy to find. Pay attention to the flag of Scotland hanging at the door of the store. There is also a sign with the name of the hotel on the side of the building. If you forget which side it is on, you can also pay attention to it. From the train station, you can take a local bus and get off at St. Ann's bus terminal or the closer Grannie Klarks Wynd (Wynd means small road) station. The hotel is across the road. There is heavy traffic, so be careful when crossing the road. The service staff at the hotel are very welcoming! Feel at home! The hotel is very clean and can withstand the strictest health inspections! Very happy with this! Photos cannot express all the goodness of the hotel...the view is excellent, especially the breakfast area. The location is also great, very close to the beach and main streets such as Market Street. highly recommended.

We went for food and had a great experience with our server Fiona, she was polite, friendly and she ensured she met out needs during our time there. Despite appearing to be short staffed Fiona went over and beyond to make sure we had all our needs catered for. Lemons were the chat of the day haha.

We booked Apartment 3 being a 2 Bedroom, Kitchen/living-room which was very clean and beautifully furnished and fitted out, with large flat screenTVs in all 3 rooms, en suite main bedroom, set out as a double and the other a twin with separate Bathroom. Car parking was £10 a day extra with an extra charge if you wanted occupancy earlier than 3pm. Only ******* were relatively minor - having to use google maps to find exactly where the property was rather than a proper address being given, and in the main en suite a temperamental on/off button for the drench shower. However, the central location and quality of the property was excellent and such Staff as we met were very pleasant. Charles White

The hotel is not big, the location is just across the road from the old campus of St. Andrews University, very close to the commercial street and not far from the old stadium. The breakfast can be said to be relatively rich, there are several kinds of regular meals, and special, which changes with the seasons. The restaurant is almost full on weekends when there is a lot of people, and it is usually better. On-street parking outside the door is free but there is no private parking lot. It is easy to have a place during school holidays. I don’t know at other times.
No less than Premier Inn St Andrews will do when you're visiting this prestigious town that's also known as the 'home of golf'. It features an on-site Thyme restaurant, and new generation bedrooms each with an impressive 40" flat screen TV, bright, modern bathroom with a large shower head, and brand new, slumber-inducing, king-size Hypnos bed. Our St Andrews hotel is on the edge of the town centre, within walking distance of the seafront and the very royal University of St Andrews. Golfers will delight in the fact we're a very short drive from the mecca of golf, St Andrews Links, as well as other great local golf courses.

As always the bed and room facilities are pretty good although the room we had (Premier Plus) could do with some refurbishment as the toilet pan was cracked (reported on arrival ) and the carpet in places looked as if bleach had been spilt on it. The modern TV had good picture quality and wide screen, coffee maker and kettle were good and lighting worked well. Although we like fresh air in our bedroom the window does not open and the Air Conditioning whilst good and controllable does not have the same properties as fresh air. The Breakfast was actually a HOT buffet with eggs prepared to order and the other items were actually hot in the self serving area entirely due to a very attentive Chef behind the serving area who took pride in what he does and was delighted when I complimented him , as one of my main criticism of most Hotel Buffets are that whilst they are often described as Hot Buffets are invariably either tepid at best , or actually cold, and should be described as Cooked rather than Hot under the Trades Description act.

Excellent location with St. Andrews town centre a short drive away. Accommodation in a two bedroom bungalow was excellent and very clean. We did not use the hotel restaurant or bars as we were able to prepare our own meals with all the facilities available to us in the bungalow kitchen. The only downside was the reception on the television. When we reported this a member of staff called immediately to deal with this. Unfortunately the problem continued. As we were only staying a few days, we did not use the television regularly
GGuest UserDrummoig Golf Hotel is really conveniently located between Dundee and St. Andrews and our room had gorgeous views over the golf course and lakes. We had a car for our trip, which we were able to park right at the entrance to the lodge that our room was in. However, there is also a bus stop a very short walk away with regular bus service into both Dundee and St. Andrews. Most of the rooms are located in one of the three lodges, which gives the place a nice, cozy feel. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced too.
