The hotel is located in the southwest of the island, and the location is great. It is very convenient to get a taxi from the airport. The scenery of the hotel is very good, right on the beach, you can see the sea as soon as you open the window! The staff of the hotel are also very enthusiastic, the service is very good, and the breakfast is a semi-buffet and very rich!

Disappointing and inaccurate information on website. The information states beach access but does not state that one route is steep and tricky and the other is a good 15 minute walk and both have to cross the coast road. We stayed 4 nights and the concierge was very welcoming and the breakfast was excellent both food and delightfully attentive staff. However, the bath was so deep, narrow and awkwardly placed that it was really difficult to turn the plug and my husband had such difficulty getting out that he decided not to try again. We complained and requested to change rooms, which they were unable to do. He was offered a step which would not have helped. We discovered during our stay that we were not the only people who had made the same complaint. The bathrooms are not suitable for anyone who has joint or back problems.

Great hotel. The staff here are so friendly that made our stay so enjoyable and relaxed , nothing was too much trouble. Food is really good, lots of choice. The concierge was very enthusiastic about Jersey and also very knowledgeable. We used the bus service to see the island but would probably rent a car if we came again.

A FANTASTIC stay from beginning to end!! My partner and I have travelled to many parts of the world but, the attentiveness, high quality and friendly atmosphere and staff were the best we’ve ever experienced. You’re treated so well and so individually. The team work so well together like a family and they make their first feel like family too. Nothing is too much trouble and ohhh how we laughed with them. So impressive was the food, drink, room, cleanliness and helpfulness that we were going to plan our 2025 visit back very soon! The fine dining meal in our last night was incredible. Nothing but high praise for everyone we met during our stay from 31st Aug - 3rd Sept. We didn’t want to check out yesterday.

Outstanding hotel with excellent food, fantastic location and warmest customer service we’ve ever come across. This was our second visit in five years and it is as good as ever. There is a beautiful serenity and calm atmosphere about the place that makes it so relaxing. All of the staff welcome you like old friends and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts and dinners are of the highest standards as is the lunch. The pools and spa treatments are top quality. The rooms are not spacious but are well provided with everything you can want. We wish we could visit every year for some r and r.
