Another lovely stay at St Brelade's bay hotel. The staff are all so welcoming and make you feel cared for, and as a solo traveller that is important. Location is excellent and the hotel beautifully maintained. Hopefully I will be back again next year.

Another great stay at St Brelades Bay Hotel, as always, kick started by the warm welcome from the reception team. Housekeeping /room detailing excellent, and great food and service from the restaurant and bar staff. Highlight may have to be the BBQ on the Friday evening at the pool bar, well prepped food, great vibe. Thanks to everyone who made it so good, here’s to next year.

A beautiful location overlooking the bay . The gardens were lovely too .
Staff in the hotel were very polite and helpful .
Breakfast was excellent .
Our room was spacious and we had a lovely view of the pool and gardens .
The spa was a little disappointing due to there not being a sauna also the staff were rather pushy turning of the hot tub etc half an hour before spa closed ! Also opening times of spa not great needed to be open from 6-11 like most hotels I stay in . Lovely dressing gowns provided but had to ask for slippers which was unusual .
Also even though tea and coffee were in our room and replenished daily there was no herbal teas which would have been lovely to have x
Overall a truly lovely hotel and one I will visit again in the future .
Thank you to all the hard working staff who were great !

Another wonderful stay at this hotel and again a perfect stay. We just love it here. Gorgeous hotel, fabulous staff and prime location to the most gorgeous beach. Outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and Petit Port eatery and bar all fab. Great thanks to Jack, Elliott, Drew and Eddie for their excellent customer service and hospitality. Can’t wait to return again

Enjoyed our stay - the perfect location overlooking St Brelade’s bay. The service was wonderful, fab staff. Breakfast was delicious. I was disappointed with my rooms - I stayed in two different rooms, the sea view room was small and felt cramped. The layout of the room made it hard to enjoy the view. We had to move to a standard room (for which we paid almost the same rate) and it wasn’t good - more spacious but no view and not sound proofed at all - kept awake by creaking floorboards, bath and toilets running and wardrobes being opened and closed. Both rooms had some oversights such as cleaning in the corners, broken window handles that made it feel less premium. The spa was nice but would have enjoyed a sauna and longer hours to enjoy in the evenings. Overall, I’d recommend but it is expensive for what it is.

Stayed for 3 nights for my wife's 50th birthday. Hotel was beautiful, gardens were stunning. Location was excellent. We walked from the airport in about 45 mins. Absolutely would stay again and would recommend to anyone.

This hotel came highly recommended and with good cause - staff were brilliant and gave such a great service. Spa and amenities excellent, garden stunning, pool superb, food wonderful. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Booked the BBQ. Quite disappointed really - the cocktails mentioned in their promotion email were refused/not offered. Service was terrible for a four star - plates were removed before we'd all finished and only some of the desserts arrived - it was over 20 minutes before the rest came and that was after we'd chased them up. BBQ selection was poor, with some pre-prepared items not being ready, meaning other dishes going cold whilst waiting. Really quite poor for a supposedly quality hotel. Whilst a modest discount was eventually agreed, it was after a very awkward discussion.
