The hotel have 3 pools, 1 indoor, 1 outdoor and a rooftop pool (sky beach). The rooftop pool requires an extra €60 credit purchase per person to get access to, but it’s worth the money, got excellent views. Services was excellent, just what you’ll expect from an intercontinental hotel.

It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel. It’s old and grey. Breakfast is a mess, swimming pool is full of people and difficult to get sun beds there. The beach is way to small for the capacity of the hotel. The hotel itself is quite old and it’s located on a busy street, but that’s all. No sea view and the construction ne t door is very loud. The reception desk was fine and we got 2h additional before we check in, because we got to the hotel earlier - that’s a plus. Besides, I would not recommend it.

Hotel is located at the center of St Julien city. Here you can find a lot of restos and shops on any taste.
Pool is located on 10-th floor. Nice view is available there.

It is ok but I would classify it as 3-4 star not a 5 star. People are it’s best assets. Very friendly and warm staff.

The location is good as it is close to the city center, airport, etc.
However, when I first entered, the water in the bathroom sink did not drain, and when I talked to the front desk, they removed the drain hole...
And when I turn on the warm water, rusty water comes out... When I asked why the rusty water came out, they said there was a problem and told me to keep running the water.....
At first, black water came out... but by the time I checked out, water the size of barley tea came out... (There was no checking from the hotel at all to see if it was okay, etc.)

The suite we stayed in was very big, and the hotel's service was excellent. After checking in at the front desk, we were shown around the hotel and delivered to the room. Every staff member was very enthusiastic and made us feel at home. The breakfast was also delicious!
