I had really good time in Hyatt regency hotel.
Room was neat and clean.
They give me useful tips regaring travel around.
In additition, host who is called “Hoque” treated me kindly while I was waiting in the lounge.

Breakfast is good, it’s a clean hotel, but service has room to improve as a 5 star hotel. The room literally don’t have a good view, which is quite disappointing.
The location of St. Julian is not that good, not as convenient as at Selima, and this hotel is on a little hill, you will not like to walk outside to buy something.

Really lovely hotel. Clean. Great location. Close enough to all the great attractions and shops but far enough from all the noise so you still get a great night's sleep.
Fantastic service from everyone at Hyatt from the receptionists (Ben and I didn't get the name of the lady who worked with him but I think it may have been Laura?) to the doorman Hoque. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is very new, and modern facility. The 65inch TV can be connected to mobile phone Youtube, and you can enjoy it when back to hotel. The service was excellent, and in particular to Hoque, who provided a home welcoming feeling after 18 hour long flight from Asia.
On Christmas Day, the hotel restaurant was fully booked. Hoque helped us arrange a seat in the bar. And we had a wonderful Christmas dinner there. This hotel is highly recommended. Regarding the transportation, if you are willing to call Uber, this location definitely is not an issue.

Hotel very much what you would expect from Hyatt. Clean rooms with quality furnishings. Entrance is up a steep hill or via shopping centre. Hotel is quite noisy as balconies face on to another and lack a little privacy. We were disappointed to have noisy neighbours. Security asked them to quieten down but perhaps a room move or discount at end of our stay would have been appropriate.

The facilities are very new, the whole building is newly built and located in the heart of St Julian. The hotel's Seed restaurant is beautiful and the food is delicious. The rooftop swimming pool is enjoyable in summer. Unfortunately, it rained these days, so I didn't go up. Check-in arranged a room on the ninth floor for me, and the view was great.
The beautiful scenery of Malta is in its best season, with tourists bustling around.

Firstly, when we arrived at the hotel, we had to wait more than 2 hours to get a room.
We did not get the room that had been reserved because it was not available. They wanted to give us another room with a supplement of 250 euros per day. We refused. Then they made us change rooms 3 times because we still had to pay 250 euros per day. In the end, they gave us a room with a double bed. (As a reminder, we booked a room with a king size bed) with a view of the works!!!!!
In addition, the bedding, cushions and duvet smelled of horrible humidity, the shower cubicle door did not close and all the water came out in the bathroom!!!!
