Hotel itself was lovely; free tea and coffee provided in the restaurant, friendly receptionists, spacious rooms and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Lots of things within walking distance. Reception is 24/7, so don't worry if you have an early flight and require an early check out. Main downside was that it got very noisy at night - this noise was outside and beyond the hotel's control, but it did make it difficult to sleep (noise went on until 4-5am). Likely just a product of the area - St Julian's is known for parties! In general, I would recommend this hotel - practical location, friendly staff & comfortable rooms. Just make sure to bring some earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

I highly recommend the hotel, clean, rooms cleaned every day, and most importantly, a minute's walk to bus stops. The hotel service was very nice.

The beautiful room with a good view, however, the breakfast was worthless, it did nothing, only sweets, bread, butter, no cheese and cold cuts, only one type, drinks, only one type.

Awful, intercom system for the ac was broken , and they didn’t fixed it or gave me other room, was set on 26 degrees so it was so warm in the room that I couldn’t sleep, went to sleep at my friends house instead Nice bed , too bad I couldn’t sleep in it

I would not recommend this hotel as a “3 star” establishment. I had stayed in this hotel for 7 days, one of the days the toilets had stopped working ALL DAY and had the most horrific smell throughout the room. So I have paid for the luxury of having no toilet?. not only this, there was a fake window in the bathroom (which I’d looked inside the first day we arrived, obviously just a lot of pipe work etc and we seemed to have the fuse box located in our bedroom also. After noticing the toilet not working we checked the pipe work behind it on this day to find a litre bottle of vodka there hidden by the cleaners (I assume it was the cleaners as no one else but ourselves had access to our room during our stay and as mentioned it wasn’t in there on our arrival). This in itself is outrageous. The “newly renovated” is just another way of saying “we have painted over the existing fixtures (terribly I may add). The shower was dirty and shower tray all chipped. The see through curtain in the room (to separate the shower and bed) was as useful as a chocolate teapot, please note it does not state nor display anywhere the shower situation of the rooms before you arrive. We stayed on the 8th floor and although this hotel has a lift it takes a good 5 minutes sometimes maybe longer to be able to use this as there is a maximum of 4 people allowed in the lift and the majority of the day the cleaners are using this lift with trolleys etc so it is not accessible during the majority of the time. The hallway lights are censored however the sensors do not work very well and every single time I came out of our room to get to the lift it was pitch black unless I walked the length of the corridor to turn the lights on. Out of my 7 day stay I only received fresh towels once without asking and I had to ask every single day for them to be replaced as the cleaners just lifted the dirty ones from the floor and hung them back up? I was told Saturday, Sunday and Monday they had “no fresh towels” as they do the laundry on the weekend and hadn’t had them back yet. Again I’ve paid a lot of money for a place that can’t even provide the basics. We were left with no towels what so ever one day, this is unacceptable. This hotel has a brand new reception area which is very misleading to the standard of the hotel rooms. We received two small bottles of complimentary water on arrival in our room and then never received further the entire time we were there. Please not when receiving a “king bed” it is two separate single beds pushed together (this is not uncommon in places) however it is two completely made up single beds pushed together, single duvets covers, separate sheets etc etc. the only positive I have from my week stay at this hotel is the location is very central but I would not recommend this hotel for any longer then a one night stay based on the cleaning standards and experience I have had.
