Staying with Mandy and Simon at Bhangazi Lodge is the most awesome relaxing spot in St. Lucia. We visit here at least once a year and this Bed and Breakfast is just an absolute delight. Clean and sanitary, the hosts and their staff are always most helpful and the breakfast.... well arrive hungry. This is truely one of the best places to stay on the North coast / Zululand adventure.

We travelled to the Banghazi Lodge for 3 nights in August 2025 with the family and it is really a wonderful B&B. The rooms are very clean and each is beautiful on its own with different themes. The hosts took care of every extra request and the breakfast was awesome - especially the omelettes ! 😉 Thank you for everything! If we make it to St Lucia again we will defintely come back.

I could not have been treated more in a welcoming manner or taken care of so well! I stayed five nights and everything was outstanding. Mandy went above and beyond to supply me with distilled water for my CPAP machine, for which I was very grateful, but really, she just was always there and open to providing the best experience for me that she could. When you travel and the hosts make you feel like home, it makes the trip that much better. Mandy even gave me a ride in her car a couple of times for me to meet up with the rest of our party, which was staying in another guesthouse. Staying with Mandy and Simon at the Bhangazi Lodge comes with my highest recommendation.

Very clean and beautiful place. One thing I enjoyed the most was the room I was stayed in, and the breakfast in the morning, is my best to date. Would highly recommend the place, for anyone coming to visit St Lucia soon.

Bhangazi lodge at ST Lucia
So i went to Bhangazi for work purposes, and i found the place stunning and i love the old style setup.it is a very nice quiet place the owners have a great customer care orientation and serve their clients with honor irregardless of their skin color.they serve a top notch breakfast way better than some hotels. I will recommend it to anyone at anytime and it's on my list for family vacation

Fantastic guest house in St Lucia, a must-stay
Bhangazi Lodge is a lovely guest house in central St. Lucia. My room was large and clean with its own bathroom, a slider to the pool, TV, and a refrigerator. AC was excellent and they had power available even when the town power was out. Kettle in the room as well.
They served a hot cooked-to-order breakfast which was included and delicious. Also coffee, tea and bottled water were always available.
Walkable to the town and the beach, but at night you have to drive due to the hippos wandering the streets. There are a lot of restaurants very close. There is parking at the building behind a gate. Very secure.
The host Simon was extremely knowledgeable about the area and what to see and do.
I highly recommend staying here.

Convienient to all areas of St Lucia.
Our room was clean and compact.
Lovely pool, breakfast was excellent.
Will be returning on our next visit to South Africa.
